Casa Grande Towers Condominium

The current president has done a lot of work in the building, something previous management have not done before. Previous management were just smoking outside, drinking coffee, barely in the office or nowhere to be found. Applauds 👏👏 She definitely needs recognition! She has done improvements and renovations. I have called her at late night hours and she has come to fix things in the building. She’s always going above and beyond. Actions matter more than words and she demonstrated that a long time ago. There is a hater in the building spreading false news about management. This person needs to be sued or otherwise be given a restriction for disturbing residents. I’m grateful new management took over.

Amazing work done to the building. New management is incredible helpful when it comes to issues from safety to maintenance. The manager is very organized and send reminders to our emails regarding new projects in the building or any incidents. She recently upgraded all the washing and drying machines as well as the entire laundry room! Wow just wow I had spend 17 years in this building and I never saw management like this one who gets the job done and really cares for the people living here. I’m impressed and me and my family are very happy residents of this building. Thank you Edna for the job you’ve done and all the changes

I usually visit a friend here. The building is always clean, quiet and with some nice views from the balconies. The hallways are spacious and the flooring is great. I was looking into apartments and I found this one a very great alternative since the average apartment rent in Brickell is $2,400 for a studio, $3,200 for one bedroom, $4,100 for two bedrooms, and $6,300 for three bedrooms 😯 this gotta be the most convenient place to live and affordable than the other buildings.
