Montserrat Apartments

Lived here for like 3 years. All staff and management was really nice. Great location. Great views. Loved my neighbors. Everything you need is close by. If I ever had an issue with something, they resolved it very quickly. Plus the building has fiber optic cabling for ATT Fiber. The only thing I didn't like was that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors sometimes but I was able to use one of those weatherproof strips along the front door. That helped alot with insulation of sound. Other than that, if it wasn't due to my job and having to move, I would have definitely stayed.

Expensive, they lie about the square footage, and they don't fix anything. It is starting to have foundation problems and they are not doing anything about it.

Tremendous Condominium and excellent location! They keep it clean and very perfumed in its corridors, common areas and Lobby, at the height of the area (The Roads) All of the before mentioned is thanked to the manager Mr. Gustavo Rau who is very aware of what happens in the condominium, he is very kind and efficient, paying attention to the demands of the residents. I am very comfortable in this place, Thank you.
