Unprofessional and waste of time!!

UPDATE :  February 2, 2025. mold still has not been removed. We were told the mold company would be here Friday to remove the mold and they did not come. As a result of the exposure and growing mold, I've developed a sinus infection. My husband and children have developed coughs and sinus issues as well. We can no longer sleep in our bedrooms and now have to sleep in our living room. Such a serious issue has NOT been handled in a timely manner. We have had an on going mold issue in both bedrooms. Office has been notified, maintenance request has been made. They came in to take pictures and nothing has been done to remove the mold. The mold has caused us breathing issues, rashes and severe allergies. It has also spread to our furniture at this point. We have had issues in our apartment that have taken an extended amount of time to resolve, for instance a leaking pipe which created a hole in our bathroom ceiling. Maintenance was great 2 years ago, not sure what has happened since.

We are in the move-in process and Warren has been such a great help to us! From the tour to helping with required documents and everything in between, we have been welcomed with open arms and appreciate him for going out of the way for us in multiple areas. Thanks Warren! We’re excited to join your community.

I loved living here, building services is on point. Anytime I had an issue it got fixed immediately, the pool is super nice and the gym was super clean and hygienic. I will be moving back if I can’t find a house this year

I had a wonderful experience looking for a home at Casa Palma. Everyone was super nice and accommodating! Viviana and Warren did a great job showing me around all the available units! I got to meet Joann the property manager who explained some useful information and Regina who was around helped me to clarify the payment method. Unfortunately, I won't be able to move into Casa Palma, but I'll keep it on my radar for the future! I'm glad there is still good customer service around!

My family and I have been residents for a while now and we love it here. The location is perfect and the units are beautiful. Viviana has always been extremely helpful with anything we need throughout our years here. We moved into a bigger unit and she made the entire process smooth sailing. We even recommended another family here and they say the same.

Great community to live in,    we have been here 2 years now and not one complaint.   Viviana in the office is absolutely a pleasure to work with, anything we need, or any concerns we have she's right on top of it.   She is definitely an asset to this property.    Look forward to many more years here.

I instantly fell in love with this property, it’s gorgeous! Clean and quiet. And I want to give the biggest shout out to Viviana! She made the application process a breeze, very attentive and quick to respond to any of your concerns/questions. She’s so friendly and kind, by far the most amazing leasing consultant I’ve ever came across! So excited to move-in soon.

Just moved in recently and we love it here! Very quiet community. Apartment design is the best I’ve ever seen & the leasing office is gorgeous! Viviana is the best, she was very thorough and helps with ANY/EVERY thing we need/ask! :)
