My son and I came to tour The Preserve a few weeks ago.  The leasing person we met with was very unprofessional, clearly lacked experience, warmth, and follow up skills.  The location in Coconut Creek / Parkland is good, and the renovated units look nice.  The leasing person couldn't tell us when the clubhouse renovations would be completed, nor did she follow up like she said she would after the weekend.  We waited 2 weeks on her call, then gave up and went to a competing property with much better reviews and customer service.  Good luck Preserve at Cypress Hammock, you will need it!

My husband and I love our apartment. We rented it after it was renovated and we really love it... But we can't hide our dissatisfaction with the condominium. We moved in July/24 and in September/24 they started to renovate the entire clubhouse and since then we no longer have amenities, such as a pool, gym, party room... This community is one of the most expensive in the area, but we are paying a very high rent, still needing to pay for a gym separately and with nothing available in the condominium. Unfortunately, we do not plan to renew our lease, after all, the amount we pay does not match the amenities of the community.

Well I was really happy with the community but now pool table is not more available, gym is not available, kids playground no more available! Paying for amenities are not available anymore!
