I would like to give 5 stars and say Erika is the best to help you to find apt here in Casero! She help my friend and I. I recommend 100%

Living here has been a terrible and costly experience for several reasons: 1. They enforce residents to use their internet service, which is consistently slow and frequently disconnects.
2. The presence of dog feces and the pervasive smell upon entering the building, along with marked walls, create an unpleasant environment.
3. Utilizing common areas, such as the playroom with family, requires reservation and incurs an unexpectedly high hourly fee, not outlined in the initial contract.
4. The management is unresponsive and neglectful of tenants' needs and rights.
5. The valet trash service is ineffective, resulting in daily sightings of other residents' trash outside their homes, contributing to discomfort in the hallways.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

I have lived here for for a year and a half and I have to say the new management company is doing amazing.  When I moved in the internet was horrible, property was not well kept and the grills were always broken.  NOW the internet works great, new grills were installed and the package room and property is well kept.  The residents that are putting negative reviews are those that sadly do not follow the rules. Thank you to the new Casero team!  Keep up the great work!!

I’ve been living in apartment communities my entire life and this is by far the worst I’ve ever lived in. They tow cars for the slightest parking infractions and have zero respect for their residents. Management under the Alexan company used to be wonderful but management under the new company is awful. Community is well kept but things are broken all the time such as the front gate and the power in the dog grooming room. Yesterday my car was towed. I had parked next to a curb because there was not a single space available in the community parking lot. Even though it was registered in the community and displayed a parking permit, I was towed rather than being given a warning. What’s worst is I wasn’t even notified of the towing. Warnings issued by the parking company result in email notifications. But apparently, towing does not. There is nothing I can do but go pick up the car and pay an exorbitant pick up fee. For some reason, this community chose to partner with a towing company that is located 30 minutes away. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not live here.

Caseros Apartments has excellent office service from the ladies, and since they took over managing the property, there's been a tremendous improvement compared to the previous owners. Whenever we have a problem, they act quickly and efficiently to try to meet our needs as best as they can. Honestly, it's difficult to find a place where they listen and care about your needs, which is why I recommend them not only for the beautiful and spacious apartments they have but also for the attention we residents receive.

0 star for the trash wifi and all those fake 5-star reviews. You need to refund our internet fees back until it officially functions

Erika has been very professional and as well as nice to me. She made my move super smooth and efficient.

Living at Casero is really great. I've been here almost a year and can't complaint how they are. The fitness center, pool and recreation are always in perfect condition. Also all the staff is really fit for their position. Yoeglis the manager is always on top of everything and has an excellent customer service. She is being doing a great job at this property, i rate her as a 5 star manager.

Amazing place to stay. Great amenities.
