Worst complex building I’ve ever lived in. So unprofessional and childish. Maintenance and front office must have there heads in the wrong places. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible. Needs to be exterminated . And always ready to tow your car.

Horrible Experience living here for 15 Months , Been Hell with the Parking Can Bare ever Find an Available space, Management is ignorant to complaints but harass you any way they can when it comes to your peace of mind or comfortability. It feels like an Oppressive Space everytime I return to the building I get this feeling over me. I try to look on the bright side but it’s been horrible these past 15 months and I’m trying to find a resolution with management but they neglect complaints.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I could go on and on about the hundreds of reasons why you shouldn’t want to move here but I’m only going to highlights some of problems. First and foremost PARKING!! On top of the fact that if you get home at 9pm you are going to have to park in the shopping center couple blocks down because there’s zero parking on the property from all the people they’ve put in here  like a can of sardines these past couple months. And god forbid you park tail in first they will tow your car. To continue another reason why you shouldn’t move here is because they have favorites forsure and if you aren’t part of those “favorites” they’ll do anything in their power to run you out of here and keep your deposit. Perfect example, my unit is right by the pool. I constantly have to put up with the noise early morning till 2-3am in the pool some days. But god forbid you’re not part of the “favorites” and you go downstairs with a speaker and listen to some music…. They will threaten to put you on this weird 7 day probation they attack everyone with and if you have another “problem” within those 7 days they will terminate your lease. Every weekend we have people that don’t even live here sneak into our pool that I seen it before with my own eyes but they’re too worried about fining their own residents that pay a super taxed price to live in these poorly built over priced apartments. On top of that they fine you for any little thing. Don’t you dare leave your garbage can outside past 9am because you came home tired the night before and forgot to put it in. They will fine you everytime you do that also. BUT THE DAYS THAT THE WORKER DOESNT COME IN AND YOUR GARBAGE STAYS OUTSIDE  FOR MULTIPLE DAYS GETTING ATE BY RATS AND RACCOONS ITS OK AND ACCEPTABLE. And last but not least,  and like I pointed out earlier they built these brand new but forsure they took the cheap route. Walls are paper thin you can hear every single little thing. Nothing is really put on perfect how it should be. The outlets on the walls and crooked or uneven everywhere. Even the high hats in the kitchen they look like a drunk put everything on from how crooked everything is. The cheap paint they paint everything with etc

After 12 years living in Miami, I finally found a home at Casero. The apartments are wonderful. Mine has two bedrooms and two master bathrooms. The condominium is a very peaceful place with the best amenities, including a pool, gym, dog spa, and BBQ area. The staff, from the manager Yoselin (I hope I’m not mistaken with her name) to the maintenance guys, and Jaildelys Regal making sure everything is clean and shiny while always smiling to every resident are always very helpful, and problems are usually resolved on the same day. I am very happy living at Casero! Lety Alvarez
