Pine Lakes Village Condominium

Old building with serious piping issues. Parents live here and the water main for their building is corroded and seriously neglected. Even a maintenance guy told me they plan on doing nothing about it. This could become (if it hasn't already) a serious issue for residents.
Trying to work with city to report, hold these people accountable, also seeking legal because to top it off, they neglected serious issues but apparently continuously attempt to raise fees for residents.

The parking situation is absolutely horrible and ridiculous this place has no regard towards the needs of the people
