You have the best buildings with the best water views in the world

I was looking through the units for rent and for sale. I did not see any units where the floor and/or ceiling was redone. Can anyone verify whether this was an issue with the building management or board? The views look great in my opinion, but the ceiling and floor of each unit don't look cozy and changes wouldn't affect anything structurally. Luxury vinyl plank would be much more comfortable for occupants as well as a completed ceiling.

Nice building, great location, friendly staff and wonderful amenities

This Condo is amazing. Located in the middle of downtown, has one of the best views in Miami, impressive rooftop with swimming pool, delightful gym and lounge areas to relax and work. The studios are very well designed, having a wide space and big windows (ceiling to floor) with a balcony.
The ambience is great with a mostly young neighbourhood. Despite being in Downtown the condo is quiet. The staff is also very nice and maintains the amenities very clean.

Beautiful place

I have been living in Centro for 6 month and decided to leave a review, because when I saw a rate 3 stars on Google, I was surprised. There are a lot of bad old reviews about elevators, but I don`t see any problems with them now. Super convenient location in the Downtown, you can walk everywhere without car. Perfect pool on the roof, wonderful lounge with ocean and city views. Pleasant and helpful staff, always cleanliness in the corridors, elevators and public places, if there is any breakdown, it is fixed. No problem getting deliveries. Gym is small and lack of some types of equipment, but it`s not a big problem for me, you can train with a wonderful city view. Lack of parking is a disadvantage of the building, but you can buy a monthly parking in Miami tower.

The attention of the receptionists is terrible, the distaste for Latinos is noticeable, if they can't talk to the delivery workers they don't talk to them, regarding the place itself it is acceptable
