Lived here for five years, only moved due to work. I absolutely loved it. Family building, quiet, good cost for the area, always get your packages, easy for food and deliveries. The staff is responsive & friendly, Jose Carlos & Henry always helped with any issue. It honestly was a great place to live, we felt safe and had security overnight. One of my favorite buildings I’ve lived in while a Miami resident.

Well-maintained building and a staid and responsive manager  José Carlos and maintenance guy Henry, makes a big difference in the overall experience. It’s great that the community spaces like the gym and pool are well cared for;  the unit is in great condition too. Really quiet place, nice neighbors. Very important for a lot of stories building, elevators are working all the time. Highly recommended.

The gym needs to be updated all the equipment is old and dirty and is falling apart. They need new equipment ASAP!!!!

Nice location in a growing area just a few blocks from Miami Downtown. Everything is close. The building is ok, what makes it a real home is the management service. Eduardo does a really good job keeping everything as best as possible.
