The gym needs to be updated all the equipment is old and dirty and is falling apart. They need new equipment ASAP!!!!

I highly recommend the building, super clean, amazing apartments! The manager and maintenance staff are super nice, helpful and knowledge.

Nice location in a growing area just a few blocks from Miami Downtown. Everything is close. The building is ok, what makes it a real home is the management service. Eduardo does a really good job keeping everything as best as possible.

This place is falling in pieces. The corporative office does nothing to make it work. They increase the rent annually, and don't have the decency at least of answering the phones. Melo buildings are by far, the worse option out there.

I am a resident for about two years, and I wish this building can improve on the cleaning, maintenance in the elevators (two elevators where only one works sometimes), and the most important the Air Condition in the hallways. Not only that, we have encountered many times of blackouts . Our neighbors have been complaining to the management why we don't have A/C on the hallways and even worst in the summer time in Miami. The response was the company is still working on this, yes it's being for months !!! I am planning on leaving this building if there's no changes from the management / owners. Unfortunately we pay prime for leaving near Downtown but I assure you can get better buildings for the same price or less if you know how to shop around, and not necessarily needs to be in this area.
I give two stars because of the conditions of the building.
Hope this helps you to make a better decision. We are in a place where you choose, they don't.

The building was alright for the most part... had to call the cops on one of my neighboors one time for some severe yelling but never happened again. It does seem like they let "anybody" live there though. I had no issues with management, or cleanliness, or anything like that. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because when i moved out, just like any other rental apartments, they charged us a ridiculous amount of money ( $400) for a few scratches on their fake wood and something on the carpet that probably could've just been cut out and replaced (which im sure it was that easy).

The place is amazing ,great place organize and the manager really care about the people who lives here
