Edith in the management office is the WORST! She will sit on your application file until the last minute. My clients flew in from Mexico with an orientation scheduled for this morning. This afternoon, she called to tell them that they had been approved but couldn't move in until next week because someone from the board had to sign off on the approval.  This was the first she, or anyone else, had ever mentioned anything about this requirement.  On top of that, my clients did their walk-through with the owner's agent of the unit they were supposed to lease but it was obvious that someone is already living there. There was food in the fridge, clothes in the closets, personal belongings everywhere, and the place was dirty.  Edith should have been more concerned that someone is staying illegally in the building than trying to create obstacles for incoming residents of the building.

My shrimps were uncooked concierge didn't help me when I was trying to get to my moms aptmnt and a staff member rolled his eyes when I asked him to please clean something that I accidentally dropped
