It has a great location, and a nice view.. But the apartment is discusting, they microwave was broke, the refrigerator was broken (working but some parts falling apart) the windows is all glued up if that plastic glue, the floor tiles was popping up, about 4 week after we arrived the ceiling started showing mold.. All the building looks ugly and old  the elevator brake easily, I had to go by stairs, there's is no laundry machine since we arrived here(about 4 months) they didn't finished yet.. The gym..is a joke , I think the only park that I can't complain is the pool  although the bathroom there is also a disaster

Do not buy or rent here... it is a disaster property! The elevators break down on a regular basis and are out of date with the certificate of operation. I have been stuck in the elevator and call 911 for the fire department to come and let me out. The association has turned off the power in the entire building for extended periods of time (over 9 hours a day) at least 6 times the past year. The association leases cell phone towers to t-mobile. They go and work on the roof drilling and hammering in the middle of the night 2am-7am. They do not maintain the pool's water quality. My daughter had a severe eye infection due to the bacteria in the pool. In addition, the fire alarm system does not work on the higher floors. I have literally slept through the alarm going off on the bottom floor  and I live on the top floor where the alarms do not work.Not to mention I have a 2 year old and the building could be burning  down and we would not know. When you call the management company (offsite) they do not return calls and if you are lucky to get through to someone they are extremely rude and disrespectful. They do not care about their residents health and safety at all. This condo honestly should be sued or shut down due to the safety issues.
