Island shore it a bad place for any one to live because they all scammers people have to be very careful with island shore they mostly like Latino to live there than dark skin people and if they denied you they won’t refund your money back.stay away from this place when you call the office they never answer the phone when you call big scammers.

It has a great location, and a nice view.. But the apartment is discusting, they microwave was broke, the refrigerator was broken (working but some parts falling apart) the windows is all glued up if that plastic glue, the floor tiles was popping up, about 4 week after we arrived the ceiling started showing mold.. All the building looks ugly and old  the elevator brake easily, I had to go by stairs, there's is no laundry machine since we arrived here(about 4 months) they didn't finished yet.. The gym..is a joke , I think the only park that I can't complain is the pool  although the bathroom there is also a disaster
