Circ Residences at Hollywood Circle

DO NOT move in to this building. They use Fetch delivery service. That is reason enough to not move into an apartment. DO NOT trust your certified mail at this building. Someone is a thief that works here. The receptionist/concierge will sign for items that are only allowed to be signed by the person who is receiving the mail. They will sign for the package and steal the package. This happened once that they accepted the mail and then stole the credit card and attempted to spend 10 grand at Nordstrom.  the second time the card came even though we were supposed to sign for it, they signed for it, never notified us and then kept the card in some secret room they only have access too. Even certified mail that you have to sign for, the building concierge/receptionist/security  will sign for it and potentially steal it and try to use the credit card. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MAIL AT THIS BUILDING! THE EMPLOYEE OF THIS BUILDING SIGNED FOR A CREDIT CARD DELIVERED BY CERTIFIED MAIL AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE THE CARD AND GO SHOPPING WITH IT. This employee probably still works here too so current residents beware as well.
DO NOT move in here if you think there should be more than 4 elevators for the whole building. There are 4 elevators that constantly break. Like seriously it’s not normal. I’ve lived here a year and there have been more than a handful of times that the elevators were down for a significant amt of time and people have to walk up and down from up to 20 something floors. So if you have a baby stroller or can’t walk up and down 20 floors at a moments notice, do not move in here.
DO NOT move in here if the constant fire alarms are going to bother you. If you work from home, the hour long alarms tests constantly will bother you.
And again.  DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU RECEIVE PACKAGES EVER.  If someone ever mail you something unexpectedly, they will not give it to you! It’s illegal to steal someone’s mail and open it but honestly it seems like this building and fetch get away with it.
EDIT: It’s almost comical at this point how stupid the leasing office is. Any positive comment about Elsie is just not true. She’s rude and incompetent. I believe she paid people to write overly positive reviews bc like she’s actually not pleasant. If you take one second to read some of the reviews that mention Elsie, you will see some of them even admit they don’t live here, they just viewed the building with apparently Elsie. I have never had a issue in this building that one employee has been able to rectify. From my experience, they are just there for show to apologize and not actually fix the problem.
The building had drones flying around getting up close to all the windows and balcony’s.  I’m not operating the drone but you can assume the drone is recording/taking pictures of what it is seeing. I opened the window just to see and I look down in the park and see two grown men staring up waving at me.  Elsie was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I approached her about this situation. She said she doesn’t know but she’s looking into it basically. No apology, no show of concern that you’re being recorded inside your apartment. She should be fired. The concierge employee was more concerned than she was. So don’t move in here if you don’t want the building flying drones by your windows hovering for long periods of time.
After they saw I noticed the drone at my window, they flew the drone away and it did not come back to my knowledge.  I will attach a picture of drone that appeared to be watching my through my window.

The pool is disgusting probably not even safe for swimming

Honest review. We’ve lived here about one month and we now find out that they’re turning these into condos and we will be moving at the end of our lease so that’s pretty disappointing.they knew this and rented anyway.  The place is pretty nice and they’re doing upgrades as we speak, which is much needed!!  27th floor. Elevators fail often . Climbing 27 flights for a healthy person like me is one thing, the elderly and handicap in this building is another. Don’t think about having plants or anything on your balcony, because the winds will not work with that up here. Lots of low grade supplies used to build this. Pics to come.  Very disappointed to find out that the grills don’t work when that was part of the tour we went on showing that they had grills to use.  Amenities are part of what we pay for. All staff is great.  Very courteous. It’s just these types of things that we wish we had known, as  we would not have moved in here.

Super friendly, helpful leasing office, especially Elsie she went above and beyond to help me with everything in terms of paperwork, suggestions and more. I thank everyone of you and stay blessed.

awesome place everytime I go in Elsie has always treated me and people I send like family, I cant express the customer there office gives me especially Elsie. Go and see her if you are looking for a place to live.

Elsie is definitely a great person to deal with! She’s always nice and super helpful for everyone, no matter the reason or problem that requires to get solved! I know all of my problems would be solved, if I get to see Elsie in the office! Love her and thanks to the whole office for sure, cause all the girls there are super friendly and supportive! Save yourself the trouble.. the building is not maintained. Check out the new lobby with the dirty white carpets that are now black and brown. The hallways are not cleaned and the carpets are filthy since they haven’t been shampooed in over a year. The garage gate is a hazard that they refuse to repair. The spring is busted and hanging off and the gate can barely open properly and sounds like it will fall off the track. It looks like it will snap as it jerks itself open and closed. Doors to the building from the garages have been broken for months. Lights burned out all over and now one missing with a big hole on the ceiling on my floor. Do yourself a favor and wait for the new properties to open. This one will eventually be the ghetto on the block.

Constant building alarms with little to no explanation. Always alarms going off on the 8th and 9th floors. This place is a joke.

Do not move here.  Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night on a regular basis.  Elevators are horrible.  Super thin walls!

Moved into the Circ about six weeks ago and very happy with the building and its amenities. The leasing staff is wonderful and friendly making the move-in process a snap. Concierge and security are very courteous and friendly as well. Maintenance does an excellent job cleaning the common areas daily. The apartments here are generally larger than other rentals I toured, and the location walkable to downtown Hollywood along with a Publix downstairs is great. The pool and deck is very large with great views of the area. Overall the residents here are very nice, and great the building is very pet friendly.
