Simon's Apartments

Rats living under the floor boards and bathtub, mushrooms growing out the walls, water leaking from the second floor filling the walls with water bubbles. Windows not sealed so it's open to the elements, you live with bugs of the environment. Landlord will swap your broken oven for a roach infested oven instead. Ants and other creatures live within the walls and will crawl out of the gap between the wall and floor. Very quick to receive rent payment. Very slow to fix anything wrong with your apartment.

What a nightmare it was living at this place. It is infested with every kind of bug you could imagine as well as rats. Cockroaches used to crawl into bed with me every night. Simon (the landlord) refuses to give this place the attention it needs. This place should be condemned.The place is literally falling apart and the landlord does 0 background checks. I had to call the police multiple times. On the lease he promised no utilities, but then forced me to pay for them. Also tried to evict me illegally and force me out before my lease was over because I brought up these issues to him. Literally have to take him to court to get my security deposit now.  He conveniently disconnected his phone number after all the complaints from tenants.
