Stay far away and do not move here! I am beyond frustrated living at Circle Sunrise. I cannot wait until my lease expires; I will not renew. Stay away! The last straw was that I purchased money orders to pay my January rent, and they were refused because they are not cashier's checks. I had to pay $29.50 to return the money orders to Amscot and pay $15 to purchase a cashier's check from my bank. What a huge inconvenience to have to pay for a cashier's check when I was able to get free money orders from Amscot. I want out of this lease so badly!
There is inconsistent utility billing. The utility bill, especially the trash bill ($165 monthly), is more than my $95 light bill. The utilities are not billed based on usage, so the charges are over $200 monthly. Maintenance is slow to addressrepairs. I requested pest control services, and it took over two weeks to get someone out. I have put in several work orders for my toilet that will not flush properly. Instead of changing out the toilet maintenance does bandaid fixes.
I had mold that was making me sick, and it took almost three months to resolve. They wanted to spray Kilz to treat it, and I refused. It took me threatening to hire my own vendor before someone took me seriously and resolved the issue.
I lived here previously in 2021, love the property, and management team at the time. However, I regret moving back here. The property manager is nonchalant and does has not since of urgency regarding your concerns. There has been two management changes since I moved in June 2024. I have had numerous people ask me about moving here and I tell them absolutely not. I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE!! I'm beyond annoyed!!
