Circle Sunrise Apartments

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS MISMANAGED ROACH AND MOLD INFESTED PROPERTY!!! Seven managers and assistant managers within 6 months, broken chairs at pool, gym closed 6 months, garbage cans ovoverflowing ,grass has not been cut in 10 weeks!  Discusting! MANY Pictures from myself and many other residents to PROVE IT !

The worst tour experience i have ever had. I showed up on time to my tour and all i was handed was a paper. Here you go and apply online, no explanation whatsoever or breakdown of the application process. I asked if there was any property available to view, the lady said yes and showed the most renovated property which had an awful odor. That was very unprofessional, if that’s how i am received first hand, imagine if i rented there and needed maintenance. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

- You can hear everything from outside; especially if you choose a building facing Pine Island. From neighbors domestic abuse, to obnoxious parties that last 4am with folks stomping on top your head with no consideration for the folks below you. Honestly thankful because I finally got the motivation to BUY last night! From the late and rowdy party at the pool. This place is just not what it was my first year. -I was told when I moved in there were individual meters. The agent recently confirmed this information; however this is not true. I spent two weeks every month during the summer away for work, my two children were not here, my water sewer and trash bill higher than ever (about $180). This is definitely not run on an individual meter. July 14-28, August 2-16, September 3-13, no one at my home but the bill is $170+ additional to rent. No way!!
-Think real hard before moving in a downstairs unit… you can literally hear everything from upstairs.
-Residents with dogs don’t really pick up after them.
-Maintenance is a hit or miss with the new guys. They will get the job done though, just might have to call a time or two.
-The leasing agents upfront change every 3-6 months, hard to gauge the service anymore. Only the property manager remains the same since the new management, my one interaction earlier in the PMs arrival has made me steer clear of the front office for a year; unless I need to call for a concern.
-Overall, average spot to stay.. not luxury. -Could be a bit better for the price— like the pool could have some umbrellas. It’s too hot in Florida for a pool with no shade. The pool area could definitely use some sprucing up.
-Grass goes without maintenance a little too long here sometimes.
-I used to be on a weekly pest control list, now I have to contact them weekly to be added to the list; quite annoying when you had this set up for almost a year with no issues..
Be sure to view your unit before signing your lease in the portal. Mine have old rusty closet doors, foundation cracks around rusted panel/windows. Cheap paint used in bathrooms tubs/sinks/walls, it transfers. I have a black/white outdated stove I’m stuck with and no working ice machine. Definitely differed from the model, outdated in comparison. (Note, units are now being upgraded, this was not the case prior.)

I move all the way from Albama for new job I thought everything was going to be hard with moving but the gentleman that’s working at the property is name is Darnell he make sure the moving was easy he help with everything gave me and my family nice Tour really appreciate him so if any one looking to move ask for this gentleman he will take care of everything and answer all the questions about the property and give you run down about the neighborhood and we’re the shopping center located I promise you he will make your stay much better good guy also that’s off my experience with him and the property thanks aging sir ……

DON’T MOVE HERE  these people who run this place make it seems like I’m living here for free….I have been living at this place for 15 months….In late May my washer start making a very disgusting noise (I currently work from home) when ever it was washing I created a ticket to maintenance to take a look at it the came with a vacuum and vacuum the back bottom of the washer it stop making the noise for about 2 week it was ok…It start making the noise again I created a next ticket they came and did the same thing AGAIN then the maintenance guy said to  I need a new washer because this 1 is very old…He said he would look into it… So I stop doing my laundry while I’m at work just so i can do my job in peace… this keeps on going on up to this day… fast forward to why I’m still at this place in October when I was packing my stuff the leave( because I wasn’t going to renew my lease for no $2300) however 3 days before the my moving out date the pervious manager call me why I’m moving I told her the rent to too high…however we negotiated and came to a deal which included I should get a new washer and stove she said ok…..now she is no longer here… her assistant he tired his best along with the new manager(she told me for the time been just go go to the laundromat and she will deduct from my rent but wish laundromat provide a receipt…. But because I have to have my clothes wash I got to do what I have to do)to get a washer but here come this maintenance coming tell me they don’t have any washer I have to wait till somebody to move out so I get 1. Back in the October after I renew the lease I went on a little trip from a Friday to the Tuesday they was supposed to resurface my 2 bathroom tub and face basin when I came back from my trip they only did the bathtub so I went to the leasing office and ask why the face basin not done and why did the work man use my stuff..They stated that they never know it was supposed to be done….Right now if you come to my apartment and look in the both face basin you see the rust in them…Fast forward after my trip one Sunday I was cooking the stove isn’t heating up so I was there playing with it jus to get it to work finally got it to work while cooking the stove caught fire… The Monday I went down to the leasing office and told the assistant what happen he came and look at the stove he called the maintenance guy and ask him if he can  come and look at stove ASAP…. The maintenance came and was like we don’t have any stove now so I would have to fix anything that wrong with the stove until somebody move out.
Next the I don’t understand why the water bill and sewer is so high for last month my bill came to $164 for a household of 1. I went to the leasing office and ask about it they say the bill is spilt between all 11 apartments on my building so when I do the calculation that is $1837 for the entire building plus 1 of the apartment been vacant for 2 moths someone just moved in.
MY QUESTION TO THE OWNER IS I’M I ASKING THESE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX FOR HELP TO PAY MY RENT THAT WHY I HAVE TO WAIT ON SOMEONE TO MOVE OUT TO GET A WASHER AND STOVE….THE LAST TIME I SPOKE TO THE MAINTENANCE HE SAID STILL NOTHING…so this is my last to this complex my next step will be legal aid

Darnell has made my move in process wonderful and extremely easy!! From the moment I walked in I was nicely greeted and had all of my questions answered throughly. With the amazing tour I had, I also had the opportunity to see how nice and quietly kept the community is!!

As for the service itself, I was it was evident that Darnell take pride in delivering excellence. Furthermore, the pricing was reasonable. I am grateful to have discovered such a gem, and I will undoubtedly be returning for future visits. (Which I did)
