Innovo Living In Sunrise

Excellent service in the condominium, especially Mrs. María. The environment of the residence is very clean and they are remodeling

I have been a resident of Innovo living of Sunrise for 3 years and I have loved it. The apartment is nice, comfortable, and has top-notch finishes.
The administration is super attentive, Maria and Jordan, always ready to resolve any situation.
At this time there are repairs in process within the complex and it is normal for it to look somewhat chaotic, but in the end the results are going to be excellent.
I really like living here and whenever I can I gladly recommend it.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and could not be happier. I don't feel like just a tenant. It's so nice when staff knows me by name! I am excited about all the improvements coming! New gate, landscaping, painting common areas and more!
The management staff is very professional and friendly! It's so quiet, safe, and close-knit community!
I hope to stay here many more years... Just PLEASE don't raise the rent!

Innovo is a great apartment community. The staff is amazing Maria and Jordan are always there for support and having events for the community. Really looking forward to the gate coming soon. The construction is being done in an organized matter and fast. The work being done with the asphalt, road and cleaning is apart of the process which I understand so I trust the process and see the vision.

This app does not allow zero stars. The office manager has no customer service skills . I would never live there again … there are pot holes everywhere and a lot weed smokers . Do not move here .

I love this place, its been under construction for a little bit, but not to bad and plus its for a gate. The inside of the units nicely renovated and the Innovo team is great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill/safe place to live.

I have been living there for 3 months and although I like my apartment I must say that the common areas are a disaster! The streets are damaged, they promised to make a safe and private entrance and still nothing, they only see themselves doing work for a short time and then leave it like that, the pool area is very dirty, they don't clean the outside, it is a nice condo, but they are letting it fall in the apathy, a shame, I hope they fix it soon and we can feel that we are paying to live with quality!

Excellent complex, its management members have the best attention, dedication and charisma, a complex of very nice apartments, complete with the best finishes and now that they are doing renovations, they are looking very beautiful. I recommend this apartment complex, they speak Spanish and English 🥰🥰🥰

If I could give this complex 0 stars I would...I have lived here for over 10 years now and it's not what it used to be. For starters the new office manager can never  help with any issue you have. She prolongs things hoping you will forget and issues are never solved. The trash blowing around the parking lots is just horrible (alcohol bottles, half eaten bones, baby diapers, tampons, ect.) not to mention the big rigs that are allowed to park anywhere and everywhere taking up 6 spots at a time. It seems to be quantity over quality now. I have had to replace the tires on my car twice now due to potholes in the parking lot. My washer machine has not been fixed (i have been complaining about it for 6 months now). The office manager tried to replace it with a smaller unit knowing that's a huge inconvenience for me. All I want is for mine to be fixed. She waited too long and now it's out of warranty. It seems the residents have to suffer for her shortcomings. I would definitely spend a few dollars more and think twice before moving in here. I have called the corporate office a few times and they are no better than the office manager. My rent goes up every year (by hundreds of dollars) and every year the living conditions continue to get worse. This will be my last year renting from this place as it's time to move on to a complex that actually cares about your safety and wellbeing.

I moved in here 3 weeks ago it is the best best place to lived.  Very nice community very well maintained and the staff is the greatest u will never find a place like this . When u walk in the door u feel at home already before evening looking at the apartment.   I have to say  I made the best decision to live here. If looking for apartment come here u will be so happy . I want to say thank u to the staff their  names are
Maria & Jordan and Luis and Romero are the best . Thank u guys for everything we really appreciate all of you .
