My first impression of the management company answering the phone and the first thing the lady says is “what complaint do you have?” Really confused me. I was calling about a fire alarm but that was a definite red flag. Who answers a phone like that? Maintenance will schedule times, and not show up on time. BUT if you’re 2-3 minutes late they will disappear and say “oh no one was home so I left” even when you tell them you’re approximately 3 minutes away. I would say, the only positive of the complex is friendly neighbors, safety, and quietness. No pest control so be ready when you see roaches all over your apartment. Also no guest parking. All the spots are taken so it’s essentially a free for all for tenants which I imagine annoys everyone. Community is A+++ but management/maintenance is a D at best.

I'm living in this community for more than two years, and I must say that my overall impression was rather disappointing. While there were a few positive aspects, such as the convenient location and pleasant surroundings, there were two significant issues that marred my experience: the unresponsive management and the consistently neglected pool maintenance. Firstly, I reached out to Mr. Whittle multiple times via email to inquire about reserving the clubhouse for my daughter's birthday celebration. Despite sending three emails, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and disregard for residents' inquiries is deeply disheartening. It's crucial for community management to be responsive and accommodating, particularly when it comes to special events and celebrations. Regrettably, my attempts to engage with Mr. Whittle were met with silence, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a resident.
Secondly, the pool area, which should be a focal point of relaxation and enjoyment, consistently fell short in terms of cleanliness. The pool was frequently littered with garbage, indicating a lack of attention and proper maintenance. This issue not only detracts from the overall aesthetic appeal but also poses potential health and safety hazards for swimmers. It is essential for the community to prioritize regular cleaning schedules and ensure the pool is a clean and inviting space for residents to enjoy.

It's a safe and clean neighborhood, but having a condo takes away from the leasing office advantages. This was more independent and less personable living experience.
