The Hamptons on Heron Bay

My experience here has been excellent. I expected apartment living to be dreadful, especially moving from a beautiful home into an apartment community, however the staff here have gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Considering these units are 20 years old, I am astonished at how new they look and feel. Even the tiniest requests for repair are met swiftly with a friendly face. Chris, the maintenance supervisor, is thorough in his work and is known by all for his quick response time and friendly demeanor. The office staff is a pleasure, welcoming me into the office any time I have a question, and always offering coffee. Melissa goes above and beyond, and receives kudos amongst the residents daily. Five stars for these folks!

Good place until something happens, if you can successfully live here without any issues (probably not) then it will be OK. Management cannot take responsibility for anything, always defensive, basically kick and scream like children. Narcissistic tendencies does not work when you are dealing with hundreds of residents. Properties themselves are overpriced mainly due to the poor quality and constant maintenance however the grounds themselves are nicely maintained. It's a good place for divorcees as it keeps their kids within the Parkland schools. The price would be justified if the interiors were slightly above average quality, not when something falls apart every few weeks from touch up jobs.

Yes it is very expensive, but you pay for quality. I lived here for 1 year and enjoyed the area. I did not stay due to the $300 increase in rent when I was already paying $3300 for a 2/2 that had dropped in market rate to $2900. Overall a good community though, maintenance was decent and any issues I had with neighbors was promptly addressed by management.

Ms. Ana is so nice. She is patient, shows us the apartment. Every time we call or meet her in the office, she always due diligently and professional, my  family and I feel welcomed

The best thing about the Hamptons is the location. It’s a central location a few minutes to the Sawgrass and not far from the Turnpike. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and the staff in the office is always friendly and ready to assist you in any possible way. The property is well maintained. Most importantly, it is a safe neighborhood close to Publix and Walmart. Although the rents have gone up, it still is a good deal considering that the apartments are very spacious, have a very nice layout  and the garages are a great addition  that not too many rentals have.
