Great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever there is an issue that arises, the front office always handles it in a professional, timely manner. The maintenance requests are resolved and done effectively.

I had the pleasure of knowing Shalesha that posted her comment down below. Her kids were friends with our daughter. Unfortunately, I also had the displeasure of also knowing the property manager. I can tell you that what was said in Shalesha’s review sounds very on point with what we experienced at this complex. The property manager was nasty and 100% is discriminatory. What’s sad about the whole thing is while both of our kids were playing at the pool, so was the property manager’s daughter. Racism is very evident as her child didn’t seem comfortable playing with the rest of the kids as of course none of ours are white. Racism is clearly taught at home. Please go back to Louisiana if that’s how you will be acting towards the SoFlo community.

I moved and as per agreement they were supposed to send a final bill, instead they sent it to a collection agency.  I found out three month later and they crashed my credit score. If you move make sure they have your correct contact I formation on file.

Do not move here. These units are overpriced for the condition they are in. I have had mold appear in my kids room. Glue of some sorts constantly coming up from the floorboards. Multiple leaks where proper drying was not completed. The bathrooms showers/tub have been sprayed with some type of paint that has been chipping off since the first month moved in. Save your time/save your money.

One of best features of living in The Ha ...
One of best features of living in The Hamptons is the maintenance staff.  The Director, Chris, is what makes everything go so smoothly whenever you have an issue in your unit.  I’ve spoken to other renters in other communities and even my son rents in a very high-end apartment building.  The common theme is complaints about the maintenance staff and lack of attention to work requests.  Not here! We love living here but if Chris leaves I guarantee you the level of quality with maintenance goes with him.  Hard to put a price on 5 star maintenance staff when renting anywhere in S. Florida but it’s definitely a huge diff maker for us.

Being a black woman with kids and dealing with the property manager has been the worst experience of my life. I’ve been harassed and discriminated against since the first time I made contact with her. I was told that they wouldn’t renew my lease based off false accusations and I just wasn’t treated equally.This woman also told me that I wasn’t paying my bills when they overcharged me for moving in and I was told by another leasing consultant that I had a credit on my account and didn’t need to pay my water bill… This was my first encounter with this woman! My children and I never gave any problems despite the fact that I was playing loud music one night. Instead of being given a warning, I was given a 7 day notice to comply with their rules or either be evicted. My neighbors have stated that they play loud music all of the time and never had any issues. On top of that my security deposit wasn’t returned when I left the place cleaner than it was when I initially moved in per the maintenance guy due to the fact that the property manager closed the leasing office early and she didn’t change the prorated amount that I was supposed to pay for the month of February which caused my back to return the check and I was hit with a $351 late fee plus a $40 return check fee for something that wasn’t even my fault. I was supposed to pay $820.27. Because they property manager/leasing agent didn’t change the amount that I was supposed to be charged in their system I was charged $1,211+ for something that I had no control over. I’ve been calling corporate since last week as well as the leasing office and I haven’t been able to reach anyone. The worst! And of course no one is going to take accountability… That’s one of the main issues here. The lack of integrity here!
