Worst apartment tour I have ever gotten. Guy had just smoked weed before I showed up and smelled awful. When showing the units he would just open the door, go into the balcony and stay on his phone - not even checking if I was done showing myself the unit, no relevant information... After reading some of the reviews on here, I am almost glad I got the worst tour ever because I will never sign a lease. If anything, I wished I had reviewed these comments before and spared myself the tour.

I signed a 2-year lease here after an amazing visit and being impressed by the wonderful amenities offered. Little did I know that my experience would gradually worsen. First, the apartment wasn't fully ready when I moved in. The maintenance team repeatedly informed me about the air quality in my unit, stating that the air ducts needed to be cleaned and that I had to submit a ticket. After a year and several complaints, the maintenance manager finally called to say someone would come that day to clean. I've had this cleaning done before, and it creates a huge mess, requiring you to be out of your place for a while. With two toddlers, I can't just up and leave on a whim.
Next, I rent two storage units from them. In one of the units, the ceiling collapsed due to humidity. I've spoken to them in person multiple times about the smell of mold in the unit, to which I was told that every unit should have a fan. As a result, many valuable belongings, including multiple car seats, a bassinet, a stroller, and other items, began to grow mold and had to be disposed of. Finally, after the ceiling collapsed, I reported it, but was only told to submit a ticket. They fixed the ceiling, threw out many items, and reorganized whatever could be salvaged. Not once did I receive a phone call offering compensation or even a free month’s rent for the unit. I dread visiting the storage facility because so many of my belongings—most of which belonged to my kids—are missing.
Additionally, the parking situation is problematic. There is no infrastructure for visitors. If you have guests with vehicles, they must be reported to the office during business hours, or their car will be towed (costing $150). In emergencies where someone needs to visit, their vehicle could easily be towed. Mari has been very helpful in addressing this issue, but it remains unresolved. The property management's solution is to create an addendum to the lease, requiring everyone to pay for parking and offering reserved spots for an additional fee. So, we went from not having to pay for parking to paying for it—and still not finding any available spots. The image below even shows someone sitting in a parking spot to hold it for another vehicle, which is ridiculous. To make matters worse, new residents are still moving in, exacerbating the parking issue. Why charge for parking when there are not enough spots available?
Finally, when I moved in, packages could be delivered to our doors. However, they sent another addendum requiring residents to pay a yearly subscription for lockers in the office/clubhouse, which has specific hours for retrieval. Now, packages can no longer be delivered to our doors.
I love the pool and gym, but everything else has been such an inconvenience and hassle. Please exercise caution when inquiring about this place and be aware of what you're getting into.

I've been living here for 3 years and just as everyone said... As new management took over it has been absolutely horrendous. I have a constant roach problem that i've putting almost monthly requests to have that taken care of. Raised our rent from $2550 to $3100 which no upgrades were done, you can hear your neighbors and if you complain... guess what? No response from anybody.
The wind blows too hard and it knocks the generator out and now you're not longer able to get into the gym. Please do not move in here, these people do not care about you, they're here to make money and only money.
Out of all the complaints of the residence you try to justify it by re-building the playgrounds. Absolutely abysmal. I cannot wait until my lease is up and im out of here.
Unless you like living in roach infested apartments, cannot put trash out on certain days unless you have a $250 fee even though you literally pay for trash.. Then I would look elsewhere.
The people giving this place good reviews are probably the newer residence who had their apartments/houses redone and such but for the people who have stayed we just gotten the
short end of the stick.
Edit: Dear City Center,  Please do not bother reaching out to me. There’s absolutely nothing you guys can do to ever fix the mistakes we’ve complained about for so long. You up charged me, gave me no empathy or compassion and offered absolutely no solutions. I have already left and am thriving at our new location. For any future resident debating on coming here. Don’t stay for too long

If you work grave shift be prepared to never find parking. Everyone parks everywhere even on the emergency no parking zones. I pay monthly for parking just to never find parking. The solution here is pay extra for a reserved spot and that’s still not guaranteed because the reserved spots are limited and you may not find one close to your building. I been on a waiting list for a garage almost 2 years so I can at least park my car there. If you ask the person in charge she doesn’t even remember you being on a waiting list (clownish behavior). Don’t be surprised if you find scratches or dents on your car bc the parking is all over the place. This is not downtown or something exclusive. It’s modern and cutesy but once you live here you slowly regret the lease. Worst 2 year lease of my life! (If you’re reading this don’t do it)
