City Center on 7th

I’ve been living in this community for almost 6 months. The main problem in this community is the parking situation. Before signing the lease agreement (READ SECTION 10 ). The lack of leadership, interest and care this community has for its tenants is absurd. Us as tenants keep this community flowing and they have no respect for that. The community lacks authority, the parking situation is something that has been problem since I moved in. I even decided to pay an extra $170  month to have my own private parking garage. Even then, cars would still park in my way, blocking my accessibility. I’ve mentioned this problem to the leasing office multiple times and  the community does absolutely nothing about it. Don’t move in here unless you constantly want to have a problem about parking.  Save yourselves the hassle

Love my complex so much hate the parking but overall. Maintenance and management are always on point. Quick responding to issues or just concerns. Marc the residential manager is phenomenal.

Great new owners and the apartments are spacious with decor options and flexible move in dates. The leasing staff also excellent loved working with them!

I’m extremely happy I chose City Center on 7th as my new home. Larron is exceptional! He made my entire process so easy. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this community!

The sales rep was excellent to work with.  I recommend you speak to Senai if you need assistance with renting in a unit in this community.  The property showed very well.  The community is excellent!
