Heron Pond Condominium

This is closed.  Whether it’s temporary or permanent is anyone’s guess but all 19 buildings in the complex were deemed unsafe by the city of Pembroke Pines and residents were told to evacuate.

I lived there from.2013-2020. In the later years the buildings began to fall apart. Everything old. The hallways and stairs dirty as well as the common areas. Termites from late spring to late August. Now the owners of those condos have to continue paying HOA fees along with their Mortgage. It's a disgrace

Do not live in building 1, apartment 106, it is uninhabitable and the owner lives in Argentina, harassing me, calling me every day, cursing me and my children because the judge determined that you cannot live there or live there for free.

Do not live in the apt building 1 -106, the owner lives in Argentina and is crazy... not even for $200 pesos can she live there. She curses me and harasses me every day. I have VM if anyone who listens to them, I'm going to sue her.

The owner of the apartment in building 1-106 is a crazy woman. Don't move there even for $500 dollars. That lady lives in Argentina and that house is unaffordable. And he calls me every day, harassing me because my house is falling down. The realtor's name is Clara and the owner Irene. Never move there in that apartment. It's the worst.

Don't go here if you plan to visit someone late night..you will get towed. No outside lights..feels a lil creepy..I understand you're doing construction  but need some type of lighting to feel more safer. Apts are nice..environment is not.

This is the worst place you can live. The balconies are unsafe, the property has mold, me & kids have been sick constantly. They still charge $1850 for the rent which is unfair. Termites have not been resolved, oven does not work. My ac unit went out they took 5 days to repair it and not accommodating. My stairs could cave in any minute.
