Don't go here if you plan to visit someone late night..you will get towed. No outside lights..feels a lil creepy..I understand you're doing construction  but need some type of lighting to feel more safer. Apts are nice..environment is not.

This is the worst place you can live. The balconies are unsafe, the property has mold, me & kids have been sick constantly. They still charge $1850 for the rent which is unfair. Termites have not been resolved, oven does not work. My ac unit went out they took 5 days to repair it and not accommodating. My stairs could cave in any minute.

Just moved due to it being unsafe. I rented from an individual landlord and he makes you pay a deductible for any problems you want fixed. The pool at the property was always closed. Couldn’t use amenities. Tennis court would be locked most of the time

Passed by here today and I could not believe my eyes. I’ve never seen anything like it before. This does not look safe!

Horrible place

Honestly, been living here 3 years... just starting recently they are towing left and right. I have one of the older residential stickers and they assured me I was fine. Been towed twice now each a $200 fee to get my cars back. This is so unreal. The gate they have in place is a true joke. Siphoned $50 from my husband and I and it broke on day 1. It was hilarious to watch. It's not the best place to live.. and now it's even worse thanks to this new "management" EDIT: Left August 1st, could not take it any more. Had my catalytic converter stolen. Now they are vacating these poor people last notice. Check out the news story. Its the Board of Directors fault and I hope and pray a lawsuit is filed. I wish tenants would form together and file a claim against the HOA/Board of Directors

THEY ARE EVICTING MY WHOLE BUILDING DUE TO IT BE STRUCTURALLY UNSAFE. ONLY A 10 day notice and management does not care. They do not care at all. Horrible community. Dirty, termites, roaches, trash everywhere. The buildings are unsafe and falling apart. The patios have support poles and cannot be used. They are evicting people. Disgusting greedy people. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Subpar managerial support. the broken utility won't be repaired/replaced for a month and ongoing after agreeing to replace. Hell even had something broken by maintenance and was for to pay for it even submitting a complaint. In my time living here gone through a few property managers one even quit after 2 weeks of working which says a lot about this place
