This has the worst HOA board in south Florida They do not know what they are doing and are ruining the integrity of this building. They do not answer any question's they shut residents down when they ask a legit question. The Board does horrible work and doesn't take responsibility and treat owners horrible management is a joke.  The management and board are consistently unresponsive and seemed disorganized, making it challenging to address any issues or concerns. Moreover, the financials of the condo are in disarray, leading to unexpected fees and assessments that left owners feeling frustrated and uncertain about the future of this building.

Look elsewhere I recently had an unfortunate experience dealing with a condo that I cannot recommend, its truly unbelievable what occurred to us and others. The racist management the treatment of resident owners.  And the Finacials on this no reserve building the contractors do horrible work dont take responsibility and treat owners horrible management is a joke.  The management was consistently unresponsive and seemed disorganized, making it challenging to address any issues or concerns. Moreover, the financials of the condo are in disarray, leading to unexpected fees and assessments that left owners feeling frustrated and uncertain about the future. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with both the management and financial situation of the condo. I advise potential buyers to thoroughly research and reconsider before investing in such a property. Or just look elsewhere.  What may seem like a good deal is never that in florida it truly is a sunny place for shady people.  I welcome any potential buyers to contact me so i can fully detail everything that we went through during the 3 years.

Then learned the bored of directors over $125,000 assessments slated over next 7 months to fix things not needing fix
Residents in uproar, some being forced to sell as can not afford
Board is gentrifying the building
All white board, minorities not welcome from rumors in the area
House of cards could fall
Buyer beware of what get yourself into
Rumor in Pompano residents upset and many selling or thinking of
Heard bad things about management people
Decided to by in Ft Lauderdale as Pompano Ghetto one of worst in country
Revise review, now give -4 for assessments so ends up 1 star

A little bit dated, however a Beautiful place with fantastic ocean views

!!!  buyer beware   !!! These people are terrible to do business with. They make it hard for small businesses to do business in the building for their residents, Its not as if we do roofing we come in with a smaller vacuum. The condo police in here need to be removed!! (too many Karens in here)

Visit from my sister-in-law and brother-in-law who bought this condo last year. Really a beautiful place!
