Club Lake Pointe Apartments

I have been a resident of this complex for 5 years now, and my experience has been pleasant, it is a good complex to live in, quiet, safe, clean, due to the type of work I do I have to visit many of the complexes in the area and I dare To say that of all the complexes around it, it is the best! The comfortable and spacious apartments. Its employees starting from the Manager, Jhonatan always willing to listen to any observation and immediately resolve how the leasing issues Tatiana and Stephanie are also very willing, friendly, and without leaving behind those from Maintenance, Paul, William, Benji always available for any review, kind and respectful. Its excellent location, the area is very beautiful and has everything nearby, large chain supermarkets, malls, restaurants...

Terrible place to live in 1:No assign parking
if you planning to go out at night take uber bc you will not find a spot to park your car
2: Ac only cooling the master room and the kitchen the other rooms very hot  in the summer
3: cheap brands
the dryer needs to run multiple times to dry your clothes
4: you will hear your neighbor that lives above you when they talk .when they run the washer or the dryer . when they flush the toilet or even when they pee
4: the second bathroom shower window glass is clear so you will be visible if you taking a shower
5: only one dumpster in the whole complex so either you take a long walk or drive to throw your trash and no monthly bulk for junks
6: The fees
10$ for insurance
18$ for trash
The water is shared with everyone so if you use the water or not you be paying minimum 60$
Average water bill no less than a 100$
7: They keep shutting off the water  4 to 8 hours  twice a month for maintenance
8: The Gym
Only 5 equipments two of them are rusty

They don’t help or care! Just want MONEY! Bug infested Outside and In ! Don’t FIX ANYTHING! I had a hole IN MY BATHROOM WALL FOR A WHOLE YEAR FROM DRY WALL! Very rude, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE  staff and stealing maintenance people be AWARE! Gated community but never a guard on duty so anyone comes speeding in while children are playing! Don’t move here for your safety!

I have lived at Club Lake Pointe for 6 years now. We love the location, so close to anything you could need and the Sawgrass Expressway. We enjoy waking up to the sun on the lake, and the quiet neighborhood. We often sit outside at night and enjoy the quiet. We have been fortunate to have nice neighbors who are respectful of the close quarters. Our daughters enjoy the community and being so close to the park and the dock. We have had only a few minor maintenance issues and they have mostly been taken care of immediately, if not within a day or two at the most. We do keep our home clean and tidy, so that always helps, but the maintenance team and property manager does a great job of ensuring things are nice.
We have had interaction with various new and former members of the office staff and they have come a long way in their customer service relations department. Overall we have been very pleased with the service of the whole Club Lake Pointe team!

The condominium really feels and looks very nice. We also thank Jonathan for his administrative management, his human quality and his interest in ensuring that everything is well in our homes.

Club lake point is conveniently located in a great area of Coralsprings. Access to everything. I've lived at Club lake point for 3.5 years. Our first year and half wasn't all that bad but the last 2 years was definitely a headache. No maintenance people and the one they had, who was all great in the beginning became very nonchalant. We had work orders open for a long time but made it work. My main issue here at Club Lake Point was dealing with the attitude, some of the leasing staff needs to be trained on customer service, friendliness, attentiveness and being less dismissive, which is extremely rude. I dont know if it's the language barrier but absolutely  uncalled for. Another tenant even heard the maintenance guy make a statement "me and Jonathan like to F"#% with the tenants", and I just couldn't believe it. But anyway, I am no longer there but  I would definitely like to put the spot light on the New Leasing Specialist, Stephanie!! She came on board and made things happen. I called in one day with concerns about my work orders, that went from pending to complete, when they were never completed. I explained the issues and things I was promised prior to my lease renewal, which were not done and this lady, made no excuses, she immediately got the ball rolling. I must say she made the last few months a great experience. She is Very Professional, calm, polite and caring. She is someone who actually knows what she is doing. I see the future Property Manager and if Club Lake point knows what's best for them, they better promote Stephanie. Club lake point needs to appreciate their tenants who are always on time with their rental payments and cause no issues! I give Stephanie 5 STARS all the way!!! Thank you Stephanie!

Greetings, I would like to share my amazing experience with our leasing agent at Club Lake Pointe, Tatiana Barco.  Tatiana understood all of my needs and made sure my apartment was promptly move-in ready.  Tatiana constantly gave me updates on how the renovation was progressing and assisted me with any questions that I had regarding the property or my lease agreement, which made my process very smooth. I can honestly say that Tatiana is very knowledgeable, kind and passionate in what she does and deserves recognition.  Club Lake Point better take care of Tatiana, because she definitely is taking care of Club Lake Pointe.
On another note, Club Lake Pointe’s property manager, Jonathan Proper, also deserves recognition.  He is a very approachable and selfless person, who is always willing to help in a very professional manner.  Jonathan takes pride in his work and is very charismatic.
In a nutshell, if you are looking for your next place to rent and Club Lake Pointe is of your interest, remember to ask for Tatiana Barco as your leasing agent and she will welcome you with open arms and the most positive attitude.
