William is amazing, he listens and makes every attempt to fix any problems the first time, the right way and with respect and professionalism.

This place is beyond disgusting. Every time I come to visit family there is always dog poop in every corner. Not sure who should be more ashamed, the owner for not picking it up or management for not cleaning it and taking action.

That place could be better than what it is. It’s in a good area in Coral Springs but it looks neglected. The staff is not always professional. Based on their attitude we decided not to move there in combination with the place being run down. This place has potential with the right upgrades and staff.

The poor service from the office staff is unacceptable. Tatiana is a person who does not know how to deal with a client. From the moment you enter that office, you can feel the bad service. It has truly been a bad experience to live at Coral Springs' Club Lake Point. The lack of professionalism of everyone in the office is disgusting. Poor service from office staff is unacceptable. My husband and I moved to this beautiful community a week ago.  Stephany helped us find what we were looking for, a two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on a high floor overlooking the lake. She gave us easy and stress-free approval especially when we needed to move as soon as possible, always smiling, we appreciate her kindness and we also thank Tatiana, she was very kind in showing us the apartment. We really appreciate the treatment and the good vibes.

Stephanie and Jonathan were so helpful and made this the best experience ever.  Will be an absolute pleasure to live on this beautiful property!!!

So far lived here for almost 2 years and I can’t complain about the staff. At the contrary from what I read and agree with those that state how the staff are responsible and polite. People should know that they will get treated how they treat others and the first thing is as tenant we need to show respect and care.Thank you club lake point staff for all you do. I know there might be need of improvements in the park and the gym equipment but this place is beautiful and the peaceful. This place is family friendly, Thank you for all the activities kids enjoy the pool parties and events. I recommend it to everyone that ask me when they looking for apartments.

Stephanie is literally the GOAT, she was so nice and she showed us around very nicely. The showings even come with snacks! And the apartments are well maintained, very homey. 10/10, get with Stephanie if you can!
