The apartments are very neglected, they lack maintenance, many moths, the floor is rotten, no one answers for anything, requests are made and no one comes to do anything, it takes a month waiting for an apartment to be fixed, my wife already had an accident He cut his foot, because the floor was cracked, there were a lot of cockroaches and that is because the wood is rotten, the stoves are rotten, I recommend that you do not rent here, all the apartments are the same

This was the absolute worst place to live. I give them  a -10 star rating. I ended up canceling my contract with them and moved out as soon as I could. The floor or the walls were not stable. They were not safe and I practically lived with out air conditioning, they would come look at it be broken for about three weeks waiting on parts for get it “fix “ and would last about three days. The worse it that these people don’t even show remorse or care for whatever hell your going through. They are good to charge you but not quick to fix the maintenance issues like we own them.

They are scammers, they don't return the deposit, they don't do maintenance, the manager is rude, she lacks education, there are cockroaches and rats, the bathroom floor had a hole that they never repaired during the year. Awful.

It's a disgrace once they get your money  you are on their turf. No appointments are kept, no office hours schedule. No notice to come into your apartment, roach infested and extracharges left and right. Place is not maintained properly, pool bathrooms are a dump. Dog poop everywhere.  You pay for them to have control over you. Management and Corporate are just plain THIEVES.

Hello to all future home seekers, even if it is an emergency to find a place to live, I advise you from my own experience not to even think about coming to this place, I have spent a year here and pure bad experiences, it is worth it. The time I have been here the air conditioning has been damaged 8 times, which 3 times was on the weekend and they do not have maintenance on the weekends, right now 07/07/23 I have been without air conditioning for 6 days and it will not be ready If not until 7/10/23 and that is if they receive the part that supposedly should arrive, if one complains it is of no use, Mrs. Tulia Ramos who is the manager just moves her shoulders and answers that the order is made for maintenance, just 2 days ago they brought us a portable unit that does not even serve to cool the living room, much less reach the bedroom or bathroom, it took them a year to put doors on the closets and it's been 1 year and 2 months and they haven't They have placed the weather strip on the front door, terrible service from this lady, whose managerial attitude ranges from 0 to nothing.

If I could remove the 2 stars I would do it, the service is terrible, the facilities are very old and the air conditioners don't even mention it, I still live here and in one year the air has broken down 7 times and the only thing they do is put Freon, and it breaks down again after 2 months, they get upset if you ask for something or complain, I'm only still here because of the penalty they charge if you leave, but I don't recommend this place to anyone, very bad service

It lacks repair, the green areas lack good maintenance, there are some cockroaches. They would look very good if they were well painted. Many details that can be fixed without spending a lot and are not done, then the place looks ugly, old and lacking in cleanliness. The bathrooms need to be renovated. Otherwise, it is a safe and comfortable place to live while you get a better place. If you don't have a noisy neighbor, you will sleep peacefully.

Do Not Rent HEre!!!!! You will regret it, ac doesn’t work, mold and bugs everywhere, water heater doesn’t work and the property manager Tulia is a thief!to avoid wasting time and money , don’t rent here !
