This review is for great customer service I am from out of state and moving to Florida. I was in a hurry to move due to starting a job. I couldn’t find a suitable place within my budget. I stumble upon this property and had the fortune to be service by Michelle WEBBER Who helped me get a place at the price and budget I had she was very helpful and gave me a few tips of the location so that I can better settle in my new city. The property itself needs a little bit of maintenance so this review is for great customer service.

The apartments are REALLY BAD, they’re full of MOLD and the floor is falling down, they don’t have maintenance and people stole your things if you leave them outside. IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE MOVE THERE! I moved out TWO MONTHS AGO, and they haven’t give us the deposit yet, the checks don’t have ANY FUNDS, these people don’t care about having problem with the authorities, they think they’re over the LAW.  We are going to press charges, this has been a HELL for our family. A disgrace!!!! If you’re moving there, get a lawyer with time ahead!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING TO THAT PLACE!!!! THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE!!! BELIVE IN THE REVIEWS BECAUSE NO ONE CARE ABOUT THAT PLACE!! FOR SURE NO EVEN ONE HOUSE IS GOOD! ALL OF THEM ARE IN REALLY BAD CONDITIONS! AND THE ADMINISTRATION WOMENS ARE REALLY RUDE WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAIN! AND THE WORSE PART IS THAT THEY DON’T RESPOND FOR THE DEPOSIT WHEN YOU LEFT! DON’T PUT THAT CHECK IN YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOUR GONING TO BE IN TROBLE WITH YOUR BANK AND THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT IT!

Be careful leaving things outside your door, because people do steal and watch what you put out, recently my TV was stolen from someone who was holding it for me , and it was left at the leasing office, for a few minutes,  but ended up being stolen

If it was possible I wouldn’t even leave a star. This place is a nightmare and I can’t wait to leave here. This happened to me on Friday. My boyfriend literally fell to the ground and got a scratch in his leg. What a shame. The same day they put a piece of wood to cover the hole and said they were coming on Monday because they didn’t have the materials to fix it. I had to spend 2 days and a half with a hole in the floor. They came to day to “fix” it and said they were changing the whole floor. They just changed a piece of it and put a different carpet than the rest of the floor. It took the guy SIX HOURS, just to change that. Then said they were coming the next day to fix the other half, because it also has a dent in the middle of the living area and now they’re coming on Wednesday, and the story goes on. They say why don’t you request in on the portal but when you do, they say they’re coming and never do. This is just the beginning, I’m not even mentioning the fact that there are roaches always even if you have pest control, and also that there are always issues with the floor. The attention management gives you literally feels like if you’re living for free and they’re doing you a favor. It is hilarious.

The apartments are very neglected, they lack maintenance, many moths, the floor is rotten, no one answers for anything, requests are made and no one comes to do anything, it takes a month waiting for an apartment to be fixed, my wife already had an accident He cut his foot, because the floor was cracked, there were a lot of cockroaches and that is because the wood is rotten, the stoves are rotten, I recommend that you do not rent here, all the apartments are the same

This was the absolute worst place to live. I give them  a -10 star rating. I ended up canceling my contract with them and moved out as soon as I could. The floor or the walls were not stable. They were not safe and I practically lived with out air conditioning, they would come look at it be broken for about three weeks waiting on parts for get it “fix “ and would last about three days. The worse it that these people don’t even show remorse or care for whatever hell your going through. They are good to charge you but not quick to fix the maintenance issues like we own them.
