Club Mira Lago Apartments

Please don't move here, it's the worst.  From the administration, the apartments are old, they don't fix it, you have to call so many times and when they send maintenance it's the same because they fix nothing. Please read, be careful with Luis, he shows you the apartment but while he leads you to it without prior seeing it, he gives you the tablet so you can do the review, be careful, don't regret it

Management is very rude and always changing and the head maintenance guy thinks he runs the place and is very nosy and my dog got fleas when I was living here

Club Lira Lago is a good spot. Melissa is the best at what she does for sure, she made everything smooth and works fast. I highly recommend for sure

We’ve been here for a few weeks and it’s been amazing. The area is nice and welcoming. I’m glad Melissa was so helpful in getting us this place. She was very friendly and made the whole process easy for us.

Club Miralogo in Coral Springs has been a great experience. Melissa is one of the most resourceful staff in the management office. I have no negative comments to post.

Lived there for 3 years, rent stayed reasonable until post covid with over a $1000 increase in rent. Had to leave and break lease. Now they sent over $20,000 to collections. 1 Garbage dump located completely all the way away from higher end units (unacceptable). Good luck with maintenance. Floors in units near the lack built up black mold, but we were told it was just a “foundation issue”. Well, if it’s a foundation issue, shouldn’t you take care of it. Avoid this money grabbing location.

Good morning. This place to live is really disappointing.  When you arrive to apply, they offer you everything.  Be careful. Lots of talk.   I've had a problem since it's here in August.  The mailboxes always open it for you, around the dumpster there was disgusting, there were even rats, the grass was left long, my bathroom is covered in soap that we don't know if it comes from the department above... the maintenance guy came, he just ran a hose and that's it. this.  A few days later again.  Tremendous infection we can get rid of.  Parts of the floors broken. Etc etc etc.  DO NOT waste your money here.

Terrible community and worse decision we have ever made. It’s only been 3 months since move in. We are in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. The AC unit does not work in half of the apartment. I was instructed to keep the front bathroom with the door open to avoid mold due to the heat from the AC not working. I was advised to buy dark curtains and fans to keep the front two smaller rooms cool and that my AC needs to be kept at a cooler level. I was told I can buy a vent on Amazon to help the smaller rooms be cooler. There is dog feces all over the front of my apartment from my neighbors. The grass is never cut properly (even on the days that they are here to cut the grass). The master bedroom toilet is always creating a foam from my neighbors, maintenance called so many times and it’s always only temporary fixes. We were asked by the leasing office to just use the other bathroom instead. First of all, these apartments aren’t cheap. Why am I being told that I should just use the other bathroom instead when I am clearly paying for a 3 bedroom 2 bath? Why are residents not told the AC was built terribly and that the ventilation in a 3 bedroom apartment is not suitable for the hot weather we get here in Florida? The office does only temporary fixes and lie. Please do not move here. I am pregnant and with a toddler having to adjust my home to make it more comfortable for us. It is absolutely disgusting.
