Beautiful neighborhood nice and clean

Would not recommend moving to this complex, 1.) the parking nazis have booted my car numerous times even though I paid for my parking pass which is 100$ every January, 2.) the apartments themselves are very old, you can hear literally anything your upstairs neighbors are doing, 3.) the staff is very rude, I have not had a good experience renting here and that’s why I plan to move after my 1 year lease is up. Also I’d like to add another review mentioned “safe” this is not true, just a couple weeks ago someone was stabbed just in front of the neighborhood, be safe!

the property is good BUT THE owner who rented it named MILAN never repaired anything and I did many repairs in the apartment the same when I left he kept half of my deposit for me he is a dirty swindler and I put new kitchen fans that did not the apartment had new doors, toilet and washing machine and he still didn't care I don't recommend renting to him

Please stay stay away, your car will get stollen your mailbox  will get broken into, and they running a scam, with the parking,  they will boot your car while waiting  on them to register  your car !!!!!
