We recently looked into relocating to this area of Florida. The FirstService team, Roselyn, Samantha, Marino and Mike were very professional, courtesy and accommodating during our walk through. The property was well kept and pleasant.  Good Job

My family and I are loving living in Coco Park. It has been wonderful! The neighborhood is great, the condominium is very well maintained, and we don’t see any trash around. The pool is amazing! My baby loves walking around the lakes and watching the little ducks. Besides that, the entire office team is excellent—everyone is very friendly and helpful: Roselyn, Samantha, Mike, and Marino. I love this place!

The staff is absolutely amazing, Ive lived many places, but this staff at Coco parc is top tier. They are so attentive and intentional!

Coco Park has been amazing. The staff has been so helpful! Samantha Jean Baptiste and Roselyn have always been very attentive when I needed anything. Marino Gonzalez and Miguel Cruz have both been so helpful around the neighborhood and always happy to help!
