A painted over dump! They charge for pest control and the pest aren’t being controlled. The maintenance men only care about their own. They slam appliances around because they’re too out of shape and lazy  to lift it or use a dolly. They let doors slam shut while they’re in and out the apartments with no regards for the who could be sleeping, working from home, worked overnight… they dgaf. All they do is barge in your apartment, gossip and take pictures to get you fined so they can pay the fine from City of margate enforcement. They call me every month to complain or ask to come in to sign paperwork for changes. If you set up a promise to pay they’ll harass you entire time until you pay. The only person saving this place is Niki because she actually knows how to talk to people and can atleast pretend to care. The rest of them are just there for a check

RUN!!!! The property manager is a bold face liar. If you complain about anything prepare to get gaslit, retaliated against and harassed by their legal aide. Every complaint I had was flipped around on me. I complained about my apartment smelling like marijuana everyday when I got home and the PM accused me of smoking!!! I complained about the noise from the neighbors who stomp their feet across the rotting squeaky ceiling, slamming their cabinets and slam their front doors,  sliding door and heavy items on the ceiling all day while I’m working from home. I got accused of “confronting them” and being aggressive when I’ve never seen them in person. (Only on my security camera) i sent recording for months and got ignored! The neighbors had a party with people trampling across the floors in heels and kids running back and forth. They said I can’t call the police to ask them to keep it down. They said I can’t use my broom to hit the ceiling when they’re loud while I’m working from home. I can’t tell them to keep the noise down. I can’t react or I will be evicted. They also tried to blackmail me about my daughter staying in the apartment who’s not named on the lease in a slimy attempt to silence me.
