First off they have some pictures that don't even belong at Colony Club they need to show the buildings where the roof caved in from the last rain and the Cockroaches and everything else if you rent from this place you're stupid

This Place is infested with rocaches, nothing in the apartments works, when it rains it leaks throughout the apartment. new management Aven does nothing, they just money hungry, we went from paying 900 to 1400, and have to share the apartment with roaches. code enforcement does nothing, IF YOU MOVE HERE YOU WOULD BE THE DUMBEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT EVEN WORTH 50 CENT!!!
