Assessments galore and no work done.A dump.

I bought a condo here and am so far happy. I do not see rodents or strays like other reviews stated. Property seems pretty well maintained. My neighbors are all friendly. I went to my first board meeting and learned a lot. Board members seem nice and have the interest of all owners and keep costs down while getting repairs done. I wish we had a bulk trash area, and I wish Dania ♻️ . I lived here 24 years ago, and the property is still nice. I would suggest buying here. Close to beach and shopping, schools etc

I live there too. I just read a review that is confusing. A resident with a water complaint said the mgt sent unlicensed/uninsured and he said "not in (my) house". But those guys did do that work at that unit. I'm confused. Apparently, so is that president. Those guys worked out of the trunk of their car for weeks. You must have seen them. So.. ???????

Horrible place.. Management company tries but the incompetent board makes the decisions  president Maureen will do everything to make your life miserable if you cross her.. there was no upkeep.. rodents stray cats the place stunk.. Had to get attorney for minimal change. The maintenance kept going up while things were taken away.. It was nice 15 years ago.. Don't buy there now . Very sad

No help from management our the board members they refuse to help for any issues but there own i have water coming into my living room for over a year with no help our responses now finally some company showed up to work with no permits what a joke  not on my house
