I bought a condo here and am so far happ ...
I bought a condo here and am so far happy. I do not see rodents or strays like other reviews stated. Property seems pretty well maintained. My neighbors are all friendly. I went to my first board meeting and learned a lot. Board members seem nice and have the interest of all owners and keep costs down while getting repairs done. I wish we had a bulk trash area, and I wish Dania ♻️ . I lived here 24 years ago, and the property is still nice. I would suggest buying here. Close to beach and shopping, schools etc
