THE SECURITY GUARDS ARE THE WORST!!! On ...
THE SECURITY GUARDS ARE THE WORST!!! On a heavy rainy day they did not let us enter the building to drop off a family member. We asked them politely to make an exception because it's raining and they said that they were also getting wet. No respect, no courtesy, two ladies with zero customer service. Event occurred on 11/20/22 around 3:00 pm.

On a super rainy day they didn't let us drop off a family member. We asked them to make an exception so we wouldn't get wet and the response was that they were getting wet too. You jump out of respect and without a drop of courtesy. Two women with zero customer service. This ran on 11-20 around 3:00 pm
