Do yourself a favor and find a different building. Fire alarm goes off NON-STOP starting anywhere from 7 AM until noon at least 1 day a week. Residents fill the trash chute until it's physically impossible to clothes, leaving the whole floor smelling like diapers and other sanitary products. Elevators constantly break - relevantly, there is only one functioning at the moment, which requires you to walk up a steep parking garage ramp which is extremely dangerous given its constant use by cars. Residents (or their guests, who knows) constantly steal packages from the lobby area, leave trash in the hallways or staircases for others to clean up, and park permanently in one of the only two guests parking spots (P.S. there is a two/four hour limit and no other close parking areas, so wish your guests luck with not getting towed). I could go on and on, but just choose a different building as the prices here CERTAINLY do not reflect the quality of living.
