The worst mistake I could have made

They stole my security deposit.

I have been living in here for 8 months, this is a great place to live, very clean, maintenance is always on top fixing or cleaning the complex, very secure at any time, very confy and large apartaments, affordable housin.

The place is filthy. It’s pest infested since day one of moving here. Their appliances are ancient and easily break. They expect you to be responsible for their lack of maintenance, lack of pest control and lack of upkeep. The neighborhood is an absolute disaster. Believe it or not the apartments next door were in an episode of “The first 48”. In that episode they described the amount of murders and delinquency that goes on this street alone. No matter how much one cleans it is futile due to the buildings pest problem. It’s so bad the roaches even crawl inside the appliances & refrigerated systems. This is a sanitary issue this entire complex. Not to mention the lead based paint they use to coat their tubs and walls. It’s deplorable. I would never recomend this place.

This is the butthole of fountainebleau. It should be removed so that something better can take up the space.

Rio apartments is the worst of the worst they never fix anything and when they do they do it bad I can tell you I lived here for more than 10 years and I think I have seen and heard everything  gangs, drugs ,fights ect... The worst part comes now this devil name ester shes the worst ever anything you do she will call the cops and paint a horrible picture of you .
Very extric for there convenience bot to make anything better they dont clean the dogs poop everywhere and they dont care at all sorry for placing a star this should not diserve any star they should take this place diwn seriosly worst than NE or allapata .
