Can't say enough about how beautiful this property is. The trees and the lake all absolutely stellar. Uncurrently the condominium association has absolutely ruined my experience. Maintenance is obsolete, Trying to contact them for any kind of help has been absolutely pointless. If you can get anybody to answer your calls they're rude to you. you are stuck that way. The buildings are made out of poor concrete which need maintenance to keep out leaks Their inability to properly maintain the walls and the roof have absolutely destroyed my home and my investment. These people should be ashamed to themselves. The water has seeped into the floors roaming my floors and leaving black mold for my children to breathe.

I lived at the Harvest for about 38 year ...
I lived at the Harvest for about 38 years and I'm not really sure it's being maintained the way it should be.

David, (Section IV - 807) The Harvest is under new association management and issues are starting to get addressed. The best way for it to improve is by community involvement. We kindly ask you to remove this review, give us a chance and join in. Thank You!
