AVOID HERE if you are a good citizen who respects others, pays rent timely, and is willing to lead a decent lifestyle. Don't MISS here if you are a person who doesn't care about other people, is loud at night, disregards rules, and smokes constantly. It is heaven for selfish people and hell for kind ones.

If I could I would give zero stars you m ...
If I could I would give zero stars you move in rent will be at 1900$ for 1 bed room 1 bathroom on the third month you will be paying 2400$ ever month they charge you fees for any and everything so happy I move from that place the the girls in the office has a nasty attitude feel like the extra fees are going to the rude money sucking people I would never recommend anyone to move here

We just moved to the Centro a week ago. We like it and enjoy living here.
The community is clean and quiet.

Great apartment complex! The agents are very helpful and friendly. The application process and payment is very smooth, and so far we did not face any complications. The apartment is in great condition, with new equipment. The amenities are great: clean pool, clean gym, a beautiful lounge area, and a nice tennis court. Friendly environment, and safe area. Definitely recommend!

Just moved into this haven in Davie. Such a lovely place. Went in and had the easiest check in and signing process. The staff is just the best. 1000 stars to Yanique and Faye for being so professional yet so kind and welcoming and Shauna the Property Manager was so awesome! Loving it already.
