Centro at Davie by ARIUM Apartments

Thank you to Faye and the wonderful leasing office staff for an easy and helpful move. I have been here for a few years and I transferred to another unit. Besides the accommodating staff I also enjoy the wonderful amenities, mainly being Valet trash it is awesome you can put the bin right outside your door and they have a bulk trash area that can handle anything. I also am very pleased with the way they maintain the property. A shoutout to the Amazing maintenance staff are always right on top of the issue.

My wife, and I were looking for a 1 bedroom apartment… we came to the right place. The process was slightly different than most might be expecting, but it made it an insanely quick process. Our agent Ava, was quick to answer all of our questions (we had many), and was patient with us throughout every step. Even though it was over a holiday weekend!!! Still in the process of getting comfortable. But so far it has been an amazing experience!

My partner & I needed to find an apartment quick & Louis Hernandez-Peraza was so welcoming and helpful. He was always available when I called for any questions. He definitely made us feel at home from the start. The process for everything was smooth & easy.

My Husband and I were looking for a 1-1 that would be within our budget and Louis from Centro at Davie offered us the best we are highly appreciative with him always calling us and giving us updates! Highly recommend

This apartment complex is the absolute WORST place I have ever lived, if I could rate negative stars I would. There has never been a more unprofessional and disrespectful staff! Any time we had issues with the apartment or being overcharged and the staff didn’t feel like dealing with our concerns they actually HUNG UP, this occurance happened several times during our time there. In my whole year of living there I didn’t have a SINGE good experience with them. Maintaince wouldn’t fix issues we put several request for then CHARGED us at move out for it. They also give out false promotions, when we applied they told us we would ALL have the application fee waived and credited to move in costs. Once we already started the application and payed they told us “my mistake” it only applies to two applicants and refused to honor the promotion they offered us. They also charge $30 monthly valet trash and then do NOTHING when trash wouldn’t get picked up on the scheduled days, on top of a million hidden fees they don’t disclose until after your lease is signed. Don’t get me started on the community water they said would be $80-$100 per month and we payed upwards of $200 every month. My AC along with my neighbors would break constantly and their response was “you can’t put it below 70°” in the middle of summer. After several issues with the property manager and leasing agent I asked for the email or any contact they could provide for their regional manager and was told “we don’t do that”. I spoke with every single one of my neighbors while I lived there and not one had a single good thing to say about the property or staff. They play nice to get you to sign a lease and then treat you like garbage until it’s time to renew, as someone who has worked in leasing their behavior and attitudes are unacceptable.

Ms. Faye Bennett helped me with the transfer process recently at Centro at Davie. And everything went smoothly. She helped me every step of the way during the process and was able to make it a seamless experience. I just want to say thank you for that and she’s a wonderful addition to the Centro team

The apartments are very nice and the common areas are very nice, but the best thing about the complex is the quality of care and education of the staff, especially Ava.

Excellent experience with Louis Hernandez! He helped us with everything and was always available.
