Horrible place with horrible rules make living here intolerable one of the tenants. I knew their daughter had a support animal, and that made them get rid of it before they moved in, which is not legal.

In my life I will stop there again, the most unethical lady at the entrance I know.  It seems that there is a lack of respect and gossip in Cuba that made me ashamed of his behavior. This is the 3rd time I wanted to give it a chance but the third time is the charm. I don't know if he is having a bad day or if he doesn't like his job but That does not give you the right to mistreat people at all and the administration apparently does nothing. My friend has made several complaints about her bad manners and they have done nothing. It is embarrassing that places like this exist.

Lorena the security guard is the rudest person I’ve ever met that abuses her power. Need to get rid of her immediately

The worst thing about this place is the rude security guard who’s constantly fighting with the residents and towing cars left to right, apparently it’s her side gig. The management people are absolutely incompetent.
