Hi, I'm Matilde Correa. I feel the need to contact you because of the dissatisfaction I have. I have sent letters from my doctor on 3 occasions for my problem and the ones from the office always respond incorrectly, denying my doctor's diagnosis and I no longer know what I am going to do or where I am going to go for my problem. It is an essential necessity.

I am very grateful to the Staff of Villa Esperanza, they are very professional people and the property I live in is very comfortable, beautiful, and clean. I'm already a year old and I renewed my contract for one more year.

This place is horrible me and my parents ...
This place is horrible me and my parents used to live here until they raised the rent and made us lose the apartment and we been living with my sister so I never want to see this place anymore it’s been 16 years no deposit back people die of over dose rubbery no safe place to live I hate it there
