Coral Springs apt

This place leasing practices are not favorable for the potential renter. I was denied from renting at this place due to a negative statement on my background check. Apparently, an apartment that I rented over 5yrs ago reported they started an eviction process. I did not know about this report until it was brought to my attention. The management as the agency On-site to conduct an investigation. After completing the investigation, the information was inaccurate and cannot be verified. We did everything the asked us to do as to prove that the eviction was false. We did that even contacting the apartment complex.
After we jumped through hoops and ran around to get the information. We asked to speak to the Corporate representatives and they never followed up.
This is horrible practice and public relations towards potential customers.
