I moved in January 2020 and within a few weeks things were broken and loose around the unit, the kitchen appliances rusted and the fridge was freezing all my food. I called the concierge and they sent a maintenance person to the Unit, he changed the settings And said it was because the freezer setting was too cold, he unplugged the unit and changed the settings. A few days later, nothing has changed, all my food is still frozen, he passed by again and changed the setting and says it’s because it is too low, next day I wake up and the food is still frozen and I call multiple times, email management and go downstairs, their response. We don’t know what is happening and there is a “procedure” that needs to be followed. It’s been a week and I’ve had a broken fridge since. Please think about moving here, the management is absolutely horrible, Cheri never responds to my emails, the walls are paper thin and I can hear everything from my neighbors, the garage is always dirty and there is dog poop everywhere. UPDATE MAY 15 2023-
I moved here January 2020 and it has been almost three years. The building was purchased by another company and they are completely different, all of a sudden better people have moved in and I have great neighbors. We all know each other now and the building is cleaner, there are dog treats at the concierge which everyone loves and Mauricio is nothing but amazing, responsive and on top of everything, the garage still doesn’t have cameras and that is my only issue as some of us have had to deal with weird garage situations.
Moved out February 2024- I moved out because again the building was purchased by a new company and boy they are awful. The management team is terrible and not safe. I wouldn’t recommend this building unfortunately
