Hi visit today the office and I enjoyed the showing Mrs Rosangela showed me the unit and Mrs Tatiana helped me with the application process . I strongly recommend , they are very professional, Nice and helpful.

I've been living here now for a while and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. The building is beautiful, clean, and the staff is so friendly. Leilani is always on point and so kind. Alexander who helped me with my lease has been great. Emma, Tarohn, and Tatiana have also been awesome, helpful, and a great presence. I would totally suggest this building to anyone considering!

The building staff is wonderful, especially Leilani! She is always greeting you with a smile & goes out of her way to help you if needed. Building is super safe, clean & new!

I am in Love with this apartment complex, great location, luxury  units and amenities, gorgeous views. I also need to give a wonderful shout out to the staff, they are lovely and kindly. I am glad to start a new chapter and journey in my life at 2000 Biscayne ❤️🙌☀️

The building is very nice! However, they should improve their customer service. I went on a tour that I had scheduled with my boyfriend, and one of the leasing staff was rude, insinuating that we couldn't afford the rent since it was an 'exclusive' building and that the rent price was going to increase. Very unprofessional. I have nothing to say about the front desk staff; they were very kind.
