Courtyards At Nautica Condominium Association

All that work there are very nice. Sometimes they do not pick up the phone when I call. But are very nice and pleasant to talk to.

This place is trash. Dont come to live here the president of the association has a problem with everything

This place is pretty chill except for the fact that there is this dog barking almost every single day, sometimes it doesn't bark for some time but then it goes again and barks multiple times a day. I feel like I'm slowly losing my sanity and this has been happening for over 6 months now.

Beautiful place

You cant deny that this place is beautiful and well kept BUT it does not justify all the other 98 out of 100 things they are doing wrong. For starters. My husband got the sprinkler parking space and I got the bird shit space. No bulk trash ? Really Ms. President? And now I have a delivery coming but all of a sudden, no more deliveries on the weekends, only during OUR WORK hours mon-fri 9-5 EVEN THOUGH I confirmed with the employees that delivery was accepted during the weekends on the day I scheduled the delivery. Of course we pay almost $500 of association to have an illegal park next to a pond that hasn't opened for more than one year. Is it my fault it was built with no permit ? It should have been resolved by now because my daughter loves the park but can’t go to the one that we are paying for. Crazy. The Towing situation sucks as well as “ if you cant drive it you cant bring it in “, like excuse me ? To my home that I own ? CRAZY. Anyways Ms. President, if you can please try to accommodate the residents who pay lots of money to live here and make this feel less of a communist community, that would be great.

Nice and good area

This community is very poorly managed. Parking is a nightmare. The towing business is our daily bread.  The business they have is too obvious. They changed the roofs, as a result of the low quality cans, the heat is concentrated and the reflection dazzles the neighbors in front. There is an infestation of large cockroaches on the interior walls of the apartments
