Nautica Community Associates

The HOA of this community is horrible. I am a RESIDENT, yet, my car was towed by the security of this neighborhood. The security we PAY to keep our community safe. They could have easily come to my door to let me know my car was parked the wrong way, like they have done in the PAST. It is an easy fix, but no they decided it was better to tow my car and have me pay over $200 to get it back. Not to mention, they didn’t even leave a notice. I had to call the cops to report a missing car just for them to tell me it is in a towing facility. Also, you can’t call the gate to let them know you have guests over. There is also no guest parking lot for people who plan on staying over night. They will put a warning on a car parked on the side of the street after 12AM. I’m not sure who makes the decisions for this community, but the board members clearly aren’t residents of Nautica.

Nice neighborhood, however every single guard that works at the gate can be classified as incompetent. I guess the upside is that most of them are polite. Every guard I’ve encountered has clearly been unable to operate a telephone correctly. Due to this, your guests will wait up to 30 minutes in a line that can accumulate on to Miramar Parkway. This is the most frustrating aspect and is almost enough to not want to visit. Parking is limited and guards will place a ticket on any car that is on the sidewalk without telling you. Perhaps if you’re outside while it happens they will inquire.

A place where the security does not have any professional Erica, yesterday December 19, 2017 I arrived at that place at night to leave a Postmates delivery and the guard did not let me pass, he treated me well and he was rude!!!!
