Creek Club Apartments

I have lived at 1441 NW 19 ST, Miami FL 33125 for approximately 2 years and a month, the place is very quiet and safe, but I am worried about the pool issue, I do not understand why this service is closed for tenants, they allege problems with a pump but This has been the case for approximately 5 months, the fact is that the pool is not included in the payment, which in fact is quite high. And curiously they open it in the winter months.

To call this apartment building obviously is ridiculous nobody answers and Wendi to answer you hear people in the background and then said immediate hang up I don’t understand if someone is trying to call about reasonable pricing and availability in the apartment why don’t the answer what if I already live in apartment and I needed a question or help for something it’s obvious ridiculous

There is constant noise coming from construction next door, parking makes absolutely no sense, and the people are suspicious.
