Great service

I will say great apartment great location! Everyone in the leasing office is so amazing love Michelle My biggest con is the there is not enough storage space. The cabinets makes no sense! The freezer and refrigerator is sooooo tiny by far the dumbest idea to make something that small that fact I have to make multiply trips to the store because there is no space is very irritating

I moved here from Brickell 6 months ago and love Wynd 27 & 28.  Great community, amazing finished, really nice apartments with great amenities, great neighborhood vibe, with restaurants and shops within walking distance.  The leasing staff is over the top friendly and accommodating……. Michelle has particularly been a huge help and great friend!

The building has many positive aspects. The high ceilings and large windows make the apartment feel spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light and great views. The kitchen and bathroom finishes, including the cabinets and countertops, are of good quality, and the appliances function well. The bathroom is spacious and includes a glass door and panel instead of curtains. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a convenient feature. The rooftop pool is a nice amenity, and the gym is well-equipped. The community is pleasant, and the staff, including Nico, Jen, and Michele, are helpful and approachable. The renting process was clear and easy to navigate. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Great place to live!

I moved here recently and I can say that it is amazing.. I like the building,, I like the pool, the gym , everything. the people here are very responsive and help you as soon as you tell them the problem. Michelle the lady at the office is the best! i love her

My experience with Wynd 27 + 28 has been incredible. Elaine and Michelle are very professional and fast. I highly recommend this building and their staff to anyone!

Concierge and security every day of the week bellman carts cool resident events and the management is very attentive on top of the fact that the units are beautiful and the location is super convenient  what more can you ask for
