Crescent House Apartments

Carmen and front desk staff are really nice and welcoming.

And I’ve live in Crescent House since 2013. It’s a very nice community. Lots of trees ! Pet friendly Gated community plenty of parking. Nice pool are  The attention is wonderful. The leasing office will help in any way or for.  Maintenance is very good. Yeah there are some neighbors that don’t do the correct things and they are a thorn . All the necessities are close within walking distance. Supermarket pharmacies banks and Main Street every Sat

After a long apartment search and reading a lot of bad reviews for apartments around Miami, Crescent House seemed to be promising from the great reviews  I had read, and it turned out to be true! I have been here for almost 5 months and so far have no issues here. I am allowed to have my dog. It is a beautiful neighborhood. Noise level inside the building is extremely low which was important for me finding a peaceful place to live. I know some buildings you can hear everything between walls but I can rarely hear anyone. The staff is great at communicating, and very kind people to work with. I have no issues with parking. Maintenance seems to be on top of everything all the time! I am overall impressed and hope it continues like this!

Excellent service, immediate attention, a very good choice to move to these apartments

Our experience at crescent house has been excellent. Recently we renewed our contract and I am sure it was the best decision. Crescent house is a pleasant place to live. The office has excellent customer service especially Carmen, who has always being there when we need or have any questions or concern.

Since we’ve been here, Crescent House has been a very good apartment complex. The staff is very good at addressing tenant concerns. The property manager and staff are very professional and puts forth maximum effort to make sure the property is well maintained.

Janille Silva, the leasing director here at CH, makes going in person to pay the rent something I actually look forward to doing. Who can say that? It’s always such a pleasure because even if she’s busy she takes a moment to find out if she can help me with anything else or if everything is okay. She truly loves what she does and it shows in her warm, welcoming and engaging hospitality. Plus she gets things done and quickly! I hope to call this home for many years to come as long as the rent doesn’t continue increasing.

Janile was such a huge help to us when looking for an apartment. She felt so motherly and always checked up on us, even months later. I can’t recommend Crescent House more just because of Janile. She’s amazing
