Lack of maintenance 😕 It's a shame, nice location and nice infrastructure.

This place is disgusting I lived in apt204 just turned on my keys they make you sign a lease every year every time this a issue with the apartment they fix on their own time the apartment always has problems with the AC also the apartment is full of Cucarachas all the buildings they charge you 10 dollar's for the laundry key and the washer & dyer never work don't move here you'll regret it

I currently living in this building, a great,neighbor here are friendly, we are like a big family, no late parties in this place .

Horrible, especially apartments 203 and 204, the owners do a terrible maintenance job, both get wet, in the central hallway, the owners only change so they don't see that it gets wet but the problem is really serious since it gets some lamps wet, to the point of leaving them full of water and causing a possible short circuit and even a fire, the police come at least 2 or 3 times a week for different problems, the elevator, even though they supposedly made it new, is always out of service, dozens of cats in the hallways, they live urinating everywhere, the smell is horrible, in the parking lots you see many strange cars and it is the perfect place for the surrounding neighbors to go to consume drugs, that is, dangerous for families with children, in short a real calamity this place.
