Hi Robert,Please be assured that there is a regular landscape maintenance schedule in place. Storm drains in the parking lot were vacuumed and cleared in August 2017 when flooding was noticed during very heavy rains. This is not a regular occurrence. We adhere to the laws of the State of Florida and provide our residents with legal notice as described in the lease, before entering apartment suites to perform maintenance requests or repairs. Suites are entered without warning only in emergency cases (such as a broken pipe) as per the lease agreement, and legally allowed. Broken laundry room appliances are repaired as soon as they are reported. We’re completing some last repairs after Hurricane Irma.
