Windsor Forest Apartments

They need to change that person in charge  she is rude yell at everyone... treat the employee bad ... I'm trying to lease and for no reason she don't want  I demand to speak  with a owner or we go to court...

UPDATE: Budget is trying to charge me $1700 for a car I only had for 3 nights because of the towing situation caused by this complex. Came out here and stayed with my brother to give him respite to help with our mother who recently had a stroke. The apartment complex requires that residents register vehicles for everyone staying there. He asked me for my rental vehicle's info before I got there so he could register it with the complex. The rent payment app has a section to add all vehicles associated with your apartment so he logged it there. Apparently they use a completely separate app to register vehicles (why?), so my rental was towed. Why wouldnt there be a notice on the app telling people that isnt the place to register vehicles? FL has laws preventing the release of rentals to anyone except the rental company. Still unsure about the repricussions or what insane fees I'll incur because of this situation. We went up to the office to inquire about what happened and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive.

Lived there in 2017, dirty filthy dump, lots of roaches and bedbugs. Located next to the highway and up the street from cvs ihop not far from nature walk etc but it’s in a ghetto area, car thefts, busted windows, I will never forget the roaches all over the kitchen and bathroom and the bedbugs that bit me up the first night and I immediately told the office and the said that I brought them there lmao and I didn’t even bring any furniture. I made them pull up the carpet in the bedroom and the bedbugs were there, in the bedroom carpet, on the walls coming out of the vents and in the closets in broad daylight but they tried to say that I brought them there. PLEASE DONT WALK RUN FROM THAT PLACE.

Terrible administration, not to mention that an office attendant, the supervisor, is rude and uneducated, the laundry doesn't work and there's no point in complaining to the office, they don't do anything, they say they do pest control but only feed the cockroaches because there are so many, not to mention that they don't return the shorts, they ask for 2 more then rent so that in the end they don't return them if you resolve it, terrible and unfair administration..😠😠

Living here was bad enough, but it got worse after I moved out. They hit me with bogus fees and never communicated that I owed anything. I found out when it hit my credit report! The management is rude and unwilling to work with you. The unprofessionalism at Windsor Forest is shocking

Mold everywhere and roaches bad management

Yes Lisa And the rest of the staff at Windsor Forest Apartments are the best . She helped me out a lot. The maintenance crew is great,They keep the community looking clean and, whenever you call, they show up. The whole entire staff are very friendly and informative . I would recommend Windsor Forest Apartments to a friends or family Anytime.
