Very bad service in the office

The maintenance people are super attentive to their work. The management of the office was very detailed, they gave me very good attention while I lived there.

terrible condominium! problems with direct laundry and residents not respecting the quiet hours, they make a lot of noise in the corridors late at night and in parks and leisure areas they also stay up very late and make a lot of noise. the reception is friendly but when you have a problem they cannot solve it!

I love this place it is always clean and in excellent condition.

I never have issue, I have been here 3 years,and the staff is great and very helpful, yes I would recomend this place ..

Definitely would not recommend living here. Believe the comments the proof is in the pudding. Apartments have mold and are not safe for kids. The ceiling collapsed on my son and they did nothing about it not even a sorry. As you can see duck tape is the solution to all. On top of that they charge you all kinds of hidden fees to not get your deposit back.

This place is full of mold. They rent is too high for our place to look like this. Management overall is rude. I rate this place a 1 star never again. Every staff in that office is no help at all. I would not recommend nobody to come and stay here. These are proof of mold.👎🏾👎🏾

WARNING!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!  OMG!!! This place is horrible when it comes to the office manager Lisa Castaneda and the units. When I rented here every month something in my unit always defaulted whether it was the sink, the shower or ac unit and when you call for them to fix something in the unit it takes days before they send someone out to fix it! I had situation where I kept getting sick and never knew why until I found that there was black mold in my unit. When I told Lisa the office manager about the mold her exact words were to throw bleach on it. Don’t believe me this is the email she sent me.Like who says that?? After a few weeks I argued for her to get an outside company to take a look. She hired a company called fix it experts and they had to buss down the walls because they’re high levels of mold! And it was found in other areas of the unit besides the ac storage unit. The picture with mold on the wall  was in the bedroom! I requested for my security deposit and in order for me to get my security deposit they sent me this binding contract here as you see basically blackmailing me to not post any negative reviews in order for me to get my security deposit. And because I didn’t sign it they said i forfeited my security deposit. Be aware!!! Take heed to all the negative reports it is true. If y’all don’t believe the comments believe the proof which is the pictures and emails

From the moment you enter the complex you will be helped and all questions answered. Lisa is great! Everyone on staff super helpful and kind. A great location and great place to live thanks to the awesome management team. The parking is regulated by boom tow so no weird random people on property just don’t forget to register your car because they will tow. A great place to live in sunny pompano beach.
