Lovely quiet clean building.

The beach is 100 feet away and there are many restaurants on the broadwalk

Nice location! But unfortunately, that's about all they have going for them. The office is open only three days a week, for only 3 hours (M/W/F 9a-12p). Took a month without a working A/C to get their maintenance to open the A/C closet. The parking spots are insultingly small, and the garage isn't suitable for anything larger than a 4-door sedan (though technically a larger vehicle can fit, it's nervewracking). Not allowed to wash vehicles on property either, yet legally they're not allowed to prevent the cleaning of windshields (if anyone gets into an accident due to a dirty windshield, they can legally hold the building management responsible for forcing the driver to attempt to drive while the vehicle was in an unsafe condition).

Nice clean condo. Friendly staff
