this bord is stay overtime specially the president nobody can not kick him out.He thinks the build belong to him he doesn’t respect the owners opinion he harassing people and he is corrupted

Nice building and clean, but the guest parking is a mess, the owners take the parking for their second car and you never found empty parking spaces

I lived in this building for 2 years. The building president is an elderly gentleman who harrased daily starting with the night we moved and made us come down at 10pm to look at where we put our moving boxes. Throughout the 2 years we suffered continuous harassment, every visitor was questioned (even my nanny) I was accused of not breaking up boxes. We had issues with our stroller. We had issues with a door he claimed we left open. He had issues with our doormat. While I'd say I'm pretty easy going this was unlivable. During the first lockdown my sister was stuck and on day 31 I was informed of the buildings 30 day visitor policy which I ignored and then had to deal with a lawyers notice they sent me.
My landlord on the 4th floor. Was a board member and just advised that the president is crazy and there is nothing that can be done.
Proceed with caution when visiting or considering renting or buying.

Building management and building president constantly harass tenants.
