Cypress Bend Condo II

Used to be a nice neighborhood, after covid the management seems to not care about anything anymore, not safe at night no safeguards and thieves stealing car plates and car parts from the parked car. I had my car plate stolen twice.Loud neighbors all nights and people walking their crazy dogs unleashed, do you think the management care? They keep telling you call the cops for anything we are busy with trimming the grass and cutting the trees.

Great community. Safe (nighttime security guard), no thru traffic (one entrance/exit), mature trees that line the streets to create shade. Plenty of ammenities such as hot tubs, tennis, gym, sauna, and more. I have lived here for years and I love it !!

Over the years Ive visited a close friend also delivered meals to seniors. I compliment staff on maintaining a standard of service and maintenance of units and grounds!
