Don't miss this exhibit.i went with friends yesterday to see this amazing installation as a resident artist I thought I knew all about the masters our exhibit docent proved me wrong. He is a delight and knew so much. Part of the exhibit is hands on and fun for kids of all ages. My husband was happy playing with all the exhibit inventions that this  master created. Miami our city was once called a cultural wasteland go to downtown  and check out this special exhibit and support the traveling  once in a lifetime experience..

The maintenance at DaVinci Condo is a disaster. We continuously have experienced issues of black and Greywater from the party room in the first floor backup into our unit because they are likely pouring things down the drains that don’t belong there. As victims of this backup, they tried to blame our toilet for the kitchen sink backup (they’re not connected, or shouldn’t be because this is illegal). When we reported this backup, the office managers Yvette and Elisandra were condescending and their maintenance man made an inappropriate joke about our bathroom habits. They have a habit of publicly humiliating their residents.
The maintenance man was clueless on how to handle the issue and proceeded only to say inappropriate jokes.  Again, there was no reason a sink should spew out black water if it really was a toilet issue (it wasn’t) because it should NOT be connected to the sink. This immense overflow in the sink caused flooding in the kitchen and into the hallways. I’ve seen this happen in other units as well. They only bring in fans every time it happens, and their solution is to DISRESPECTFULLY  blame the ones affected rather than see where the issue is coming from. We can imagine there is a lot of mold in the building as a result.
If you move here, stay away from the first second and third floor if you want to avoid the continuous water backup issues.
Most of the reviews I see here don’t seem to be from people who actually live here but those who rent out or are trying to sell. Take it from someone who has lived here too long and dealt with much—this place is not worth the diSTRESS.

The administration is terrible. Inefficient, and horribly rude especially ELISANDRA. They are slow for all official proceedings and are not considerate of a person’s time. Their emails are the most unprofessional and horribly passive aggressive and angry. I have never seen anything like this. Better go somewhere else if you can.
