If you are thinking about renting or purchasing an apt here, DON’T. Cockroaches everywhere BEWARE! I have rented an apt from Oscar Schvartz and Joaquin Schvartz, Nixajoma LLC at in building 2, for the past year and it was absolutely horrible, speaking about the landlord and the building. The main door of the building is always full of trash and broken glass. Yes, it is a major safety hazard especially if you have children. There are 2 elevators and both permanently broken. One doesn’t work at all and the other will take 10 min and take you to the wrong floor. Cockroaches in the lobby, on the hallways, up the walls, big and small. This poses a major hygienic hazard. Cameras doesn’t work and neighbors steal packages and laundry items. Cars get towed all the time so you better have no visitors because they don’t give guest pass and will tow cars without any warning. My sisters cars was towed more than 3 times. Washer and drier both were broken for over 3 months and again nobody cares. And Management is non existent. They are only available for 1h a day , do not answer calls nor emails and do absolutely nothing to help.

Be warned, one elevator works expired 3 years ago for inspection and a small fake sticker was just put up to make it look like it was inspected (sometimes can be out for two weeks I feel bad for elderly who have no option I don’t know how they do it) Location is safe, Hallandale Police work hard to keep this area safe that may be the only positive thing about this place, not dog friendly whatsoever, how hard would it be to put a trash can for dogs on the premises, people who work around the building Hector and Odlin some of the nicest guys I have ever met but now with new management they constantly put there jobs at risk which is such a shame ,  cockroaches, ticks, you name it roam the halls at all hours of the day I feel bad for people who are stuck here truly, place should be condemned. One washer per floor that works half the time,  people treat the building as if it were a trash can since there are no cameras, Never any guest parking,  Air BNB tenants swarm the building so why would they care about trashing the building. I was in a situation where I had no choice but to move here during COVID without seeing the place but i strongly suggest coming one night and seeing the condition this build is in, also no air in the Elevator or in the halls, many nice people live here which I finally am moving out and they deserve justice.

Nice place to live. The location is great close to Walmart, CVS, Panera, Chase, Pizza Piola, Winn Dixie, La Hacienda and many more stores and Restaurants Kosher and Non Kosher. Location is close to the beach and you can walk to the beach.

The worst place to live in! First of all it wasn’t that bad 3.5 years ago when I just moved in. My apartment is beautiful fully renovated but when you step outside it’s like you live in the ghetto, trash in all the hallways, dirty, smells bad, humidity because it seems they don’t turn the AC on. The laundry room/trash room has roaches crawling all over the walls and floors. Broadstar internet is expensive for no reason because the internet itself barely works and they constantly have interruptions due to maintenance. There are never any available guest parking spots so that one time someone decides to come over has to pay for parking outside by the park. Walls are thin, I hear my neighbor snoring to the left of me, on top of me is some crazy family who always drops stuff on the floor, kids going crazy and overall tornado. If someone smokes in another unit at 1 am I’ll get cigarette smoke inside of my bedroom blowing through the AC. The AC is loud the way it turns on and off because it’s old version. Again I love my apartment but I cannot stand living another year here, even though the new President assured me that things will change but I’m not trying to pay rent and experiment while things get better. There are no amenities, no clean pool, no gym at all and through the years my packages have been stolen for hundreds of $$$$ so please save yourself the time, money and headache and do not buy or rent here.

As of August 2024, the rudest “person” I’ve ever spoke to, I can’t even say the gentleman he just person in the office, whoever he think he is manager or head board of directors. Just try to avoid this place and especially this “person”.

This place is falling apart. Nothing works here. The buildings are infested of roaches and there is not fumigation any longer. The washer and dryer (one of each per floor) are out of service very often. The carpet on each floor is OLD and disgusting. In addition, you are forced to get Broadstart for internet (more expensive than any provider). The TV cable is DISH which half of the time does not have a signal. The phone’s office stop working three months ago. The elevators don’t work and are very old. Do NOT waste your money by buying a property here. Any time it rains the entire parking lot will be flooded.

Worst place in this area, cockroaches,dirty,under construction’s and too old ,if you want to move here don’t do it.NEVER
