The property manager is the most inconsiderate disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with. You have Have to stay on top of them to get shit fixed or done. The apartment is so old and outdated and falling apart. They definitely discriminate and choose who they’re gonna constantly complain  Let’s not forget that we also have a huge plumbing and rodent issue in this apartment  Stay away

nice building property managers are very disappointing highly discrimination and racial negligence. Most of the tenants are disgruntled with the way. It’s run.

1yr review. 1b 1b if you have no other options and have the money. then do it. Investments Limited LLC is an awful company with sneaky tactics to get you to sign quick and pull as much money from you as possible.
Read the contract since theyll stipulate anything thatll be in their favor. Your signing that you will rent for 12 months but give 60 days notice that you wont renew or they take your deposit. then they will demand 300 for admin fees for moving in + to move out. Idk what administrative action costs 300 but thats costs they push to you instead of themselves for more profit.
Other items.
-Pests are a problem. you schedule for pest control in advance. if theres bugs after you move out they charge you for cleaning it.
-Parking is a big issue. First come first serve & Its awful. u register your car then wait months to receive a sticker or leave ur lease on the dash so they dont boot ur car. Ur fighting for spaces. U register the family if they spend the night or risk getting it booted. 1st time is 75 then it increases per "offense".
-there are cameras but not for you. HIGH cases of car breakins frequently and if your not under the camera sucks for you
-Communal washer/dryers are disgusting clothes laying around for months.
-water seems to always be hot never cold so more on your electric bill
-maintenance gets done in order of importance with terrible service
-high pet fees And dog poop common but some residents try to be responsible.
-have yet to see packages get stolen but the office refuses to accept your package.
get a p.o box nearby.
-they provide air filters for your AC. But if they dont have your size then your told "get creative" or buy your own.
-previous damages are painted over and its sloppy.
-if your windows open your lucky
-doors to the buildings are never locked. Very unsafe and always have trash and cigarettes
-pool is cleaned once a week but i always see trash

Cockroaches infestation, stay away from this place...very rude staff the office doesn't care about you !!@

Infested with cockroaches and the office simply don't answer your email or just don't care about tenants...disgusting !!! You get what you pay for...horrible management very rude !!

Friendly phone service

The roaches make the apartment unlivable. I’d wake up to roaches crawling on me, they’d fall out of the cupboards, there’s thousands.

Do not live here. It is very disgusting the place is in INFESTED with cockroaches + There elevators never work there always broken all the time like I would see a cockroach on the counter in the mirror cracks. Whenever it's winter these worms come out I don't know what there are but it's just DISGUSTING!
